Hotel Mobile Toilet Installation Method
The installation method for hotel mobile toilets mainly consists of the following steps:

I. Preparation Stage
Confirm the installation location, ensuring the ground is level and has sufficient load-bearing capacity, while also checking that the sewage drainage pipes are unobstructed. Select the mobile toilet model based on actual needs, such as the packing type (which collects waste using biodegradable materials) or the microbial degradation type (which uses microorganisms to decompose waste), and prepare the necessary tools (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers) and materials (e.g., sealant, screws). Ensure all components are complete and undamaged during this stage to avoid interruptions during subsequent installation.
II. Assembling the Frame
- Securing the Base: Place the base steadily at the predetermined location and fix it using expansion bolts or anchor screws to ensure a stable connection with the ground.
- Installing Wall Panels: Connect the right, left, and front wall panels sequentially, securing the joints with locking screws to prevent excessive gaps that could lead to structural looseness.
- Installing Top Components: Attach the upper slots to support the roof cover and install ventilation louvers (usually located on the sidewalls or top) to enhance air circulation and reduce odor accumulation.
- Covering the Roof: Have two people lift the roof cover and align it precisely with the slots, then press gently to secure it. Check that the overall structure is vertical to prevent tipping risks.
III. Confirming the Sewage Disposal Method and Handling
- Packing/Microbial Degradation Type: Move directly to the predetermined location without connecting to external pipes, but regularly clean or replace the degradation materials.
- Flush Type: Connect to the sewer pipes, ensuring the pipe slope is reasonable (usually not less than 2%), and use sealant to treat the joints to prevent sewage leakage. If there are no existing pipes on site, lay or install a sewage storage tank in advance.
IV. Handling and Installation
- Pointed Roof Design: The load-bearing part is near the top, so use straps or ropes to secure the top structure and slowly hoist it to the target location using a crane.
- Flat Roof Design: Use the hooks reserved by the manufacturer to connect steel wires, ensuring even force distribution during hoisting to avoid local deformation.
- Small Toilets (less than 4 stalls): Install casters at the bottom and move them short distances by manual pushing, but pay attention to the ground flatness to prevent tipping.
V. Inspection and Debugging
- Function Testing: Check whether the flushing system (for flush type), ventilation equipment, lighting, and door locks are working properly.
- Seal Inspection: Apply soapy water to the joints of sewage pipes and wall gaps, and observe for bubbles to detect air or water leaks.
- Safety Confirmation: Ensure all bolts and nuts are tightened without looseness, especially at the connection between the base and the ground, to prevent displacement during use.
VI. Detail Handling and Finalization
Clean the interior and exterior surfaces of the toilet to remove stains or glue marks left during installation. Tighten all bolts and nuts a second time and apply anti-rust paint (for metal components) to extend their service life. Finally, post usage instructions or safety signs to complete the installation acceptance.
