Home Mobile Toilet Construction
There are mainly two construction methods for home mobile toilets: manual DIY using a water storage tank and installation of a complete finished product without civil engineering.

Making a portable toilet using a water storage tank: This is a manual DIY method suitable for users with strong hands-on skills and sensitivity to costs. First, you need to prepare a water storage tank of an appropriate size as a sewage storage container. Its capacity should be determined based on the number of users and frequency of use to ensure it can meet the sewage storage needs for a certain period. Next, choose a relatively sturdy frame structure, which can be made of wood or metal, to support the main body of the toilet. After building the frame, install a toilet seat, which can be similar in style to an ordinary household toilet to ensure comfort during use. Then, connect the water inlet and outlet pipes. The water inlet pipe can be connected to an external water source, such as a tap water pipe or water tank, and the outlet pipe should be connected to the water storage tank to ensure that sewage can flow smoothly into the tank. To prevent odor from escaping, a sealing device such as a rubber stopper or sealing cover can be installed on the water storage tank. In addition, you can decorate the toilet according to personal needs, such as installing partitions and doors, to increase privacy and aesthetics.
Installation of a complete finished product without civil engineering: This construction method is more convenient and quick, and the construction process is like building with building blocks. First, transport all the components to the installation site, including columns, wall panels, and roof panels. Then, install the columns one by one according to the steps in the instruction manual or installation guide, ensuring that the columns are vertical and sturdy. Next, splice and fix the wall panels to the columns, ensuring that each buckle fits tightly to ensure the stability of the entire structure. During installation, pay attention to checking whether the connections between the components are tight to avoid looseness or gaps. Finally, install the roof panel to complete the main body construction of the mobile toilet. After installation, you also need to connect the water and electricity lines, such as the power cords for lighting, ventilation, and other equipment, as well as the water inlet and outlet pipes. After installation, conduct a comprehensive inspection and debugging to ensure that all equipment is operating normally and there are no issues such as water leakage or electric leakage.
