High-End Single Mobile Toilet Design

Admin 19 de octubre de 2026

The design of high-end single mobile toilets requires comprehensive consideration from multiple aspects, including structure, environmental protection, intelligence, humanization, and rental adaptability.

I. Basic Structural Design
The main body is constructed using hot-dip galvanized square tubes or light steel keels, equipped with lifting interfaces for rapid installation. The standard dimensions of a single toilet cubicle are 1.1 meters in length, 1.2 meters in width, and 2.55 meters in height, supporting modular combination and expansion. The exterior walls are made of metal carved panels or color-coated steel plates, while the interior walls utilize aluminum-plastic panels or bamboo fiber boards. The roof is covered with asphalt shingles, providing both anti-corrosion and wind-resistant properties. The foundation is reinforced with anchoring devices and concrete foundations, capable of withstanding typhoons of up to magnitude 9 and earthquakes of up to magnitude 7, ensuring stability in extreme environments.

II. Environmental Protection Technology Application

  1. Water-saving Technology: Foam sealing technology requires only 0.01 liters of water per flush, achieving a water-saving rate of 98%. Microbial degradation technology eliminates the need for flushing, with bacterial colonies decomposing feces into harmless substances within 5-7 days.
  2. Sewage Treatment: Equipped with septic tanks or vacuum self-priming devices, sewage pipes have a diameter of no less than 200 millimeters. In northern regions, electric auxiliary heating anti-freeze systems are installed to prevent pipe freezing.
  3. Energy Supply: Roof-mounted photovoltaic panels meet the electricity demand for 50 person-times per day. In special environments such as plateaus, pressurized power systems are configured to ensure stable equipment operation.

III. Intelligent Management
Real-time monitoring of toilet cubicle usage, energy consumption, and equipment failures is achieved through the Internet of Things. Gravity sensing devices provide voice reminders for left-behind items and automatically activate disinfection sprays when people leave. The temperature control system operates stably within a range of -35℃ to 50℃, with a control accuracy of ±1℃, adapting to extreme climatic conditions.

IV. Humanized Design

  1. Barrier-Free Facilities: The passage slope is ≤2.7%, with a wheelchair turning space of ≥1.5 meters. The third toilet is equipped with child safety seats, call buttons, and folding nursing tables.
  2. Sanitary Facilities: Infrared automatic flushing, antibacterial handrails, intelligent paper dispensers, and ultraviolet disinfection lamps enhance usage convenience. The environmental control system maintains ammonia concentrations at ≤0.3 milligrams per cubic meter and hydrogen sulfide at ≤0.01 milligrams per cubic meter.

V. Rental Adaptability Optimization

  1. Basic Functions: Water-saving flushing devices (0.8-1.2 liters per flush) are adopted, with some models equipped with foot valves. Anti-blocking piping systems feature independent sewage outlets, and anti-overflow designs are recommended.
  2. Sanitary Cleaning: Standard configurations include toilet paper and hand sanitizer, with large rolls recommended to reduce replacement frequency. Some rental providers offer ultraviolet disinfection lamps or sprays.
  3. Environmental Adaptation: Anti-slip floors, LED energy-saving lighting (supporting solar power supply), and clear signage enhance the user experience. Special scenarios can be equipped with barrier-free toilets, maternal and infant care stations, or thermal insulation layers/sunshades.
