Hetian Mobile Public Toilet Plan
The Hetian Mobile Public Toilet Plan covers four main aspects: social sharing, prefabricated construction, mobile leasing, and eco-friendly equipment. Details are as follows:

I. Layout of Social Sharing Public Toilet Locations
Hetian City integrates social resources such as street-side hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses, opening their internal restrooms for public use. Relevant venues are required to set up prominent directional signs and offer free access during business hours. This initiative effectively supplements the number of public toilets in the city, alleviates the toilet access challenges faced by residents and tourists, and reduces the government's costs for constructing public toilets independently.
II. Prefabricated Public Toilet Construction Project (Yudu Station)
The project plans to build 100 prefabricated public toilets in the urban area, with a total construction area of approximately 15,000 square meters, to be implemented over three years (40 in 2026, 30 in 2027, and 30 in 2028), with a designed service life of 50 years. The toilets will be either single-story or double-story structures based on their location and scale, adopting the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model with a concession period of 25 years, including 3 years of construction and 22 years of operation. The concessionaire is responsible for facility maintenance, industrial development, and operation, enjoying exclusive operating rights.
III. Mobile Public Toilet Leasing Plan
- Configuration and Features: Mobile toilets offer options ranging from single to multiple stalls, with materials including color steel plates and metal carved panels. They employ eco-friendly treatment technologies such as packaging and microbial degradation, equipped with waste storage tanks, barrier-free facilities, and ventilation systems. Their core advantages are high mobility, rapid deployment, and adaptability to various environments from urban to wilderness settings.
- Application Scenarios: Covering temporary demand scenarios such as outdoor cultural and sports events, trade exhibitions, peak tourist seasons, construction sites, and emergency disaster relief.
- Leasing Prices: Influenced by factors such as configuration, duration, and transportation distance, basic single-stall toilets rent for tens to hundreds of yuan per day, while high-end multi-stall comprehensive restrooms can rent for hundreds to over a thousand yuan per day, with discounts available for long-term leases.
- Precautions: It is necessary to plan the quantity, locations, and water and electricity schemes in advance; confirm whether transportation, installation, and cleaning costs are included in the contract; clarify maintenance standards, waste removal responsibilities, and solutions for special needs (such as barrier-free facilities and night lighting).
IV. Eco-Friendly Toilet Equipment Plan
Beijing Anbangjie Technology provides a full range of products including foam toilets and waterless urinals, utilizing foam sealing technology to achieve water conservation and odor control. These products are suitable for various scenarios such as sanitation, scenic spots, and mobile eco-toilets, further enhancing the environmental performance and user experience of public toilets.
