Hetian Aluminum-Plastic Board Mobile Toilet

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

The aluminum-plastic board mobile toilet is a portable toilet made with aluminum-plastic board as its core enclosure material, featuring characteristics such as lightweight and high strength, excellent weather resistance, easy cleaning and maintenance, and strong decorative properties. Some also adopt customized top-lock designs.

Lightweight and High Strength: The aluminum-plastic board is composed of a surface layer of aluminum alloy sheet and a middle layer of polyethylene core, with a density about half that of traditional pure aluminum sheets. This characteristic significantly reduces the overall self-weight of the mobile toilet, enabling manual handling, lifting, and site relocation without relying on large machinery, thereby improving the transfer efficiency of the mobile toilet. Meanwhile, the composite structure of the polyethylene core and aluminum alloy panels endows the board with outstanding impact resistance and bending capacity. During transfer, it can withstand bumps and collisions; in daily use, it can also resist external pressure, making it less prone to deformation or damage, ensuring the stability and durability of the mobile toilet.

Excellent Weather Resistance: The surface aluminum alloy undergoes oxidation, spraying, and other processes to form a dense protective film. This film effectively resists erosion from acid rain, ultraviolet rays, and humid air. Under high-temperature exposure or low-temperature rain and snow conditions, the mobile toilet will not experience rusting, fading, or cracking. The middle polyethylene core layer has good moisture and water resistance, preventing ground moisture and rainwater from penetrating, avoiding mold and decay inside the toilet walls, thereby extending the overall service life of the mobile toilet.

Easy Cleaning and Maintenance: The surface of the aluminum-plastic board is smooth and flat, with no pores or burrs. Stains and water marks generated during daily use can be wiped clean directly with water or a neutral detergent, making it less prone to bacterial growth and odors. The joints between the boards can be treated with sealant to form a seamless enclosure structure, preventing dirt buildup and reducing cleaning and maintenance costs, meeting the hygiene requirements for high-frequency use of mobile toilets.

Strong Decorative Properties: The aluminum-plastic board can be customized with various colors and patterns of surface coatings, allowing the appearance style to be adjusted according to usage scenarios (such as scenic spots, construction sites, exhibitions), combining practicality and aesthetics.

Some Adopt Customized Top-Lock Design: Some aluminum-plastic board mobile toilets adopt a customized top-lock design, with door locks made of stainless steel and equipped with the occupied/unoccupied triangular locks found on trains, enhancing the safety and convenience of use.
