Rectification Actions:

• Henghe Town has launched a special rectification campaign against illegal containers. Since early March, it has conducted a comprehensive inspection of containers (prefabricated temporary buildings) within the visible range on both sides of key roads in the built-up area and established a dynamic work ledger. Through various means, it has promoted laws and regulations to container owners, issued notices of rectification within a time limit, and ordered them to make corrections. For those facing difficulties in rectification, the town government arranged for demolition. As of now, multiple containers have been inspected, notices of rectification have been issued, and the parties involved have been contacted for self-demolition or forced demolition has been carried out. Some of these containers are used for construction projects and will be removed by the construction parties upon project completion, while others have been handed over to the land department for disposal.
• Henghe Town has also adhered to the “three synchronizations” work method to carry out rectification actions, achieving remarkable results. It has inspected multiple containers, issued notices of rectification, and achieved the goals of self-demolition and forced demolition.
