How to Install Mobile Toilets in Hefei

Admin 08 de octubre de 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Hefei should follow the steps below to ensure safety and functionality:

  1. Confirm the sewage disposal method and installation conditions
It is necessary to clarify the sewage disposal mode of the mobile toilet (packing type, microbial degradation type, or water-flushing type). For water-flushing types, the sewer pipes should be treated in advance to ensure that the sewage discharge meets environmental protection standards. The installation location should be a flat and solid area (hardened concrete or asphalt ground is recommended), and it should be confirmed that the ground bearing capacity meets the weight requirements of the toilet. Avoid low-lying areas prone to water accumulation and geologically unstable areas, and reserve at least 1 meter of surrounding space for later maintenance.

  2. Prepare tools and materials
Prepare tools such as a spirit level, tape measure, wrench, screwdriver, electric drill (with a 4.2-millimeter drill bit), and rivet gun according to the toilet model, as well as auxiliary materials such as gaskets, anchor bolts, and expansion screws. After unpacking, check whether all components (such as wall panels, roof covers, bases, and sanitary ware) are complete to avoid installation interruptions due to missing parts.

  3. Foundation treatment and handling

    • If the installation ground is not hardened, build a foundation platform with anti-corrosion wooden strips or concrete bricks and adjust it to be completely level with a spirit level to prevent the toilet from tilting.
    • When handling, find the balance point of the force: the balance point of a pointed-roof toilet is near the top, and flat-roof designs usually have preset lifting hooks. Small toilets can be equipped with pulleys and pushed manually, while large toilets need to be moved with the help of a crane to avoid structural damage due to uneven force.
  4. Main structure assembly

    • Fix the base: Place the base at the selected location and repeatedly adjust it to be completely level with a spirit level. If necessary, insert gaskets to compensate for minor ground unevenness.
    • Build the frame: Install the side panels, rear panel, front panel, and door frame in sequence and fix them with bolts or rivets. This step requires two people to cooperate to prevent the frame from tipping over, and at the same time, ensure that the connections between the panels are sealed to avoid later leakage.
    • Install the top: Install the card slots and ventilation louvers and then cover the roof. Check the overall stability to ensure there is no looseness or abnormal noise.
  5. Detail handling and debugging

    • Tighten all bolts and nuts to prevent loosening due to vibration.
    • Check whether the internal facilities (such as toilets and sinks) are intact, clean and disinfect them to ensure hygiene standards are met.
    • Test the sewage disposal function: For water-flushing toilets, confirm that the sewer is unobstructed; for packing or microbial degradation types, check whether the treatment system is operating normally to ensure there is no leakage or odor.

Precautions: During assembly, strictly follow the instructions to ensure tightness and firmness and extend the service life. If encountering complex terrain or special requirements, it is recommended to contact a professional installation team for assistance.
