Hechuan Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation of mobile toilets in Hechuan must follow standardized procedures to ensure safety, hygiene, and functional compliance. The specific steps are as follows:

Preliminary Preparation
- Site Selection: The installation location must be flat and well-ventilated, and kept away from water pollution sources (such as septic tanks and sewage ditches) to avoid cross-contamination.
- Site Clearance: Remove debris and sharp objects from the site to ensure the ground is free of pits or obstacles.
- Equipment Inspection: Check the equipment parts list to confirm that the main frame, toilet bowl, fecal storage tank, connectors, water pipes (for flush-type toilets), etc., are all present and undamaged.
Foundation Fixation
- Main Body Positioning: Place the mobile toilet main body at the designated location and adjust its orientation so that doors, windows, and sewage outlets face appropriately.
- Anti-Shaking Fixation:
- For ordinary mobile toilets: Use expansion screws to penetrate the bottom fixing plate and anchor it into the ground concrete layer; if there is no concrete foundation, use counterweights (such as sandbags or stones) to press down on the bottom frame.
- For integrated box-type toilets: Since the factory has completed internal integration, they only need to be hoisted by a crane to a pre-embedded foundation or flat ground on site, with no additional fixation required (some models may need to be bolted to the foundation).
Core Component Installation
- Toilet Bowl and Sewage System:
- Connect the toilet bowl sewage outlet to the fecal storage tank inlet, using rubber gaskets or silicone sealant to fill gaps and ensure no leakage.
- For dry toilets, fix the position of the fecal storage tank to prevent movement; for flush-type toilets, connect the inlet pipe to the water tank and install a float valve to control the water level.
- Water Supply/Drainage System:
- For flush-type toilets: Connect the external water source to the water tank and test the water pressure for stability; if using a recirculating water system, install a filtration device.
- For drainage-type toilets: Connect the sewage pipe to the municipal sewage network or an independent septic tank, with a slope of ≥2% to facilitate gravity drainage.
- Toilet Bowl and Sewage System:
Auxiliary Facility Assembly
- Door and Window Adjustment: Install doors and windows and test their opening and closing flexibility to ensure tight closure without gaps, preventing odor diffusion.
- Accessory Installation: Fix handrails, hooks, paper towel holders, etc., and lay anti-slip mats on the ground (especially around the toilet bowl).
- Circuit Connection: Connect the power cords for lighting and exhaust fans and test for normal power supply; if equipped with solar panels, adjust the angle to ensure sufficient sunlight.
Sealing and Debugging
- Sealing Treatment: Use silicone strips to seal gaps between the main body and the ground, and between components, focusing on checking positions such as sewage outlets and water tank interfaces.
- Functional Testing:
- Flush Testing: Flush multiple times to observe if the water flow is smooth and there is no residue in the toilet bowl.
- Sewage Testing: Inject clean water into the fecal storage tank to check if the sewage pipe is blocked or leaking.
- Cleaning and Organization: Clean up installation residue and place toilet paper, deodorizers, and other supplies.
Safety Inspection and Acceptance
- Structural Stability: Shake the main frame to confirm there is no looseness or abnormal noise; check that expansion screws/counterweights are firmly fixed.
- Signage Setting: Post emergency contact numbers, usage instructions, and hygiene regulations inside the toilet.
- Compliance Acceptance: Refer to the "Mobile Toilet Hygiene Specifications" (GB/T 21239-2023) to check hygiene indicators (such as odor concentration and bacterial count) and structural safety.
Simplified Installation of Integrated Box-Type Toilets: If choosing this type of toilet, the factory has completed interior decoration and equipment integration. On-site installation only requires hoisting into place, connecting water and electricity, and sewage pipes, with the overall installation time shortened to 2-4 hours. However, sealing, debugging, and acceptance must still be carried out according to the above steps.
