Mobile Toilets at Hangzhou Highway Exits

Admin 09 de octubre de 2026

Mobile toilets at Hangzhou highway exits are set up to address the lack of public sanitation facilities along highways and meet the physiological needs of long-distance drivers.

Composition and Characteristics of Mobile Toilets

Mobile toilets generally consist of toilet stalls, hand-washing stations, drainage systems, and ventilation systems. They adopt a modular structure, enabling quick assembly and disassembly, and can be flexibly deployed in temporary parking areas at service stations or major traffic routes. Internally, they are usually equipped with basic sanitation facilities, such as multiple partitioned toilet stalls and hand-washing stations. High-standard toilets are also equipped with automatic sensor faucets and hand dryers, providing convenience for users. Some high-end mobile toilets have improved interior decorations, adding soundproofing facilities to offer a more private space. They also incorporate environmental protection concepts by using biodegradable toilet paper and harmless cleaning agents, making them more eco-friendly and user-friendly.

Sanitation Management

In terms of sanitation management, the operators have established strict cleaning protocols and regularly clean and disinfect the mobile toilets. For busy service areas, dedicated personnel may even be arranged for round-the-clock maintenance to ensure good sanitation conditions and provide a clean and comfortable environment for users.

Challenges Faced

However, the popularization of mobile toilets also faces some challenges. In remote areas, due to geographical constraints, the deployment and maintenance of mobile toilets may encounter certain difficulties. Moreover, due to high usage frequency, mobile toilets are prone to damage and malfunctions, requiring operators to strengthen maintenance management and promptly repair damaged facilities to ensure normal operation.

Special Incident
