Handan Outdoor Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin 09 de octubre de 2026

The installation of outdoor mobile toilets in Handan should follow the following steps and specifications:

1. Preliminary Preparation
Determine the toilet specifications (such as single-unit or modular) and functional configurations (such as barrier-free facilities) based on the usage scenario. The production unit should complete the overall assembly and internal equipment debugging, with a focus on testing the sealing and functionality of the sewage system, ventilation devices, and water and electricity interfaces. Before transportation, survey the route, assess road width, turning radius, and overhead obstacles. For special terrains, reserve space for lifting equipment operations. For oversized equipment, report the passage time to the traffic department in advance and arrange for a guiding vehicle if necessary.

2. Loading, Unloading, and Fixing
Use large transport vehicles for delivery. During loading and unloading, use professional lifting equipment to handle the toilets through top lifting rings or bottom forklift slots, ensuring even load distribution on the lifting straps to avoid structural damage. After loading, secure the toilet bottom to the vehicle's fixing frame at multiple points using straps, add anti-slip pads at the contact points, and install windbreak ropes for long-distance transportation. Operators should wear safety protective equipment and set up warning signs in the work area.

3. Transportation Management
Maintain smooth driving during transportation. The driver should regularly check the fixing status and confirm whether the straps are loose after driving on bumpy roads. Avoid high-temperature periods in summer to prevent equipment failure. When passing through height-restricted sections such as bridges and tunnels, measure and confirm the passage in advance.

4. On-site Installation
After cleaning and leveling the site, confirm the correspondence between the sewage pipes and the septic tank positions according to the preset drawings. Use lifting equipment to slowly place the toilet on the foundation, adjusting the levelness error within the allowable range. For pipe connections, use rubber rings and sealant for double protection. After connecting the water and electricity lines, conduct pressure tests (for water supply pipes) and grounding reliability checks (for electrical systems), and make all connections waterproof.

5. System Debugging and Acceptance
During the full-system trial run, check the operation of the flushing device, lighting system, and ventilation equipment in sequence. For water-saving devices, test the flushing cycle multiple times. For barrier-free facilities, verify the firmness of the handrails and the wheelchair turning space. After debugging, clean and disinfect the internal facilities, and provide training on use and maintenance to the operators, clarifying daily cleaning requirements and consumable replacement cycles.

6. Handling Special Situations
For soft foundations, pour concrete foundations. For sloped sites, install leveling brackets. In winter installations, install heating tapes on the water supply pipes to prevent freezing.
