Hami Mobile Environmental Toilet Inspection

Admin 08 de octubre de 2026

The inspection of mobile environmental toilets in Hami should be carried out comprehensively from four aspects: inspection standards, inspection methods, inspection procedures, and other inspection contents.

Inspection Standards: They must meet the requirements of safety, environmental protection, hygiene, convenience, and durability. Specifically, this includes a stable overall structure with satisfactory anti-overturning performance; wind resistance of no less than Level 10 and earthquake resistance of no less than Level 8; a service life of no less than 10 years; materials that comply with environmental and hygiene standards to prevent the spread of pathogens; and features that facilitate easy movement and use.

Inspection Methods:

  1. Appearance Inspection: Check the aesthetic appeal, structural rationality, and workmanship precision of the appearance; measure dimensional errors to ensure they do not exceed 5mm; confirm that the decorative layer is flat without depressions, firmly attached, and that the joint sealing is leak-proof; ensure the floor is flat, sealed, and free of standing water.
  2. Material Inspection: Conduct environmental and hygiene index tests on materials such as plastics, metals, and wood.
  3. Performance Inspection: Test load-bearing, mobility, and drainage performance; ensure steel structure welding complies with the JGJ81 standard and anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatments comply with the GB50212 standard; test sealing and waterproofing by using a water jet (with a pressure of 0.1MPa, a distance of 500mm, and continuous spraying for 15 minutes); for box tightness inspection, fill with water and let it stand for more than 1 hour to confirm no leakage in the storage tank and fecal storage tank; check the neatness, stability, and leakage of the water supply and drainage pipelines; test the toilet fixture's blocking action time (not exceeding 3 seconds), confirm the isolation between the fecal storage tank and the toilet interior, and the reasonable setup of the vent pipe and fecal extraction port; check the flexibility and sealing of the cleaning port cover's opening and closing.
  4. Hygiene Performance Inspection: Detect harmful substances such as bacteria and viruses inside and outside to ensure effective prevention of pathogen spread.
  5. Durability Inspection: Test wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance to ensure long-term use stability.

Inspection Procedures: The sequence includes sample collection, sample processing (cleaning, drying), inspection tests (conducting various tests according to the above methods), data collation and analysis, result evaluation, and report writing.

Other Inspection Contents: Include architectural and structural verification (checking design drawings against on-site dimensions), structural damage inspection (recording damages such as cracks and deformations and analyzing their causes), and structural load-bearing capacity analysis (evaluating the load-bearing capacity of the upper main structure under normal use conditions and its wind and earthquake resistance).
