Haikou Mobile Toilet Installation Method

Admin 07 de octubre de 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Haikou should follow modular operating procedures, covering four key aspects: site selection, transportation, installation, and maintenance. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Site Selection Requirements

Site selection requires a comprehensive assessment of site conditions to ensure functionality and environmental harmony:

  1. Load-Bearing Capacity: Confirm that the ground bearing capacity meets the weight of the toilet modules to avoid equipment tilting or damage due to foundation settlement.
  2. Pedestrian Flow Routes: The site should be close to areas of human activity but away from main thoroughfares to minimize interference with daily activities while facilitating quick access for users.
  3. Water Supply and Sewage Connections: Prioritize locations near temporary water supply points or sewage pipelines to simplify pipeline laying; if an independent waste collection system (such as a movable storage tank) is used, a clearance passage must be reserved.
  4. Landscape and Safety: Avoid core landscape areas or visually sensitive spots, and stay away from dangerous areas such as high-voltage lines and deep pits to ensure safety during use.

II. Transportation and On-Site Preparation

  1. Specialized Vehicle Transportation: Select flatbed trucks or lifting vehicles based on the size of the toilet modules (single or combined units). During transportation, secure the equipment to prevent sliding.
  2. On-Site Cleaning: Remove debris and sharp objects from the site in advance to ensure a flat surface; if the ground is soft, lay steel plates or concrete foundations to enhance stability.

III. Installation Process

  1. Equipment Fixation:
    • Use expansion bolts or ground anchors to fix the toilet base to the ground. For combined toilets, lock the module interfaces with connectors to prevent displacement.
    • The inclination should be controlled within 1% to avoid poor drainage or waste retention.
  2. Pipeline Connections:
    • Waste Collection: Connect the movable storage tank to the toilet body, ensuring tightness; if chemical degradation technology is used, add deodorizers in proportion.
    • Flush System: Fill the small water tank with clean water and test the flexibility of the manual/foot pedal valves; install filters when connecting to temporary water supply pipes to prevent clogging.
    • Ventilation Design: Open the top air vents or start small exhaust devices (such as axial fans) to ensure air circulation and control odors.
  3. Functional Testing:
    • Debug the flush, sewage, and ventilation systems one by one to confirm no leaks or blockages.
    • Check if accessories such as door locks and lighting are working properly.

IV. Maintenance Management

  1. Daily Cleaning: Clean the toilet bowl, floor, and exterior walls daily, using neutral detergents to avoid corroding materials.
  2. Consumable Replenishment: Regularly replace consumables such as toilet paper and hand soap, check the water tank level, and replenish water in a timely manner.
  3. Waste Disposal: Empty the storage tank every 1-3 days based on usage frequency and transport it to designated sewage disposal points; for biological degradation systems, add bacteria according to the instructions.
  4. Troubleshooting: If abnormal odors or equipment noises are detected, check the seals, ventilation pipes, or degradation agent status, and repair or replace components in a timely manner.

Through standardized installation and scientific maintenance, mobile toilets can efficiently serve temporary event scenarios, balancing hygiene needs with environmental adaptability.
