Haidian Rental Mobile Toilet Process

Admin 08 de octubre de 2026

The process of renting mobile toilets in Haidian typically includes steps such as demand communication, proposal quotation, on-site inspection (optional), order confirmation, preparation and delivery, on-site installation, rental service, expiration recovery, and settlement closure.

  1. Demand Communication: Customers need to clearly inform the usage scenario, such as construction site work, large-scale event hosting, etc. They should also specify the rental duration, the number of mobile toilets required, and any special functional needs, such as whether a sink is needed. Additionally, they need to provide the specific location of the site for the supplier's subsequent arrangements.
  2. Proposal Quotation: Based on the customer's requirements, the supplier recommends suitable toilet types, such as standard or luxury models. Then, they calculate various costs, including rental fees, transportation costs, and installation fees, and ultimately provide the customer with a detailed written quotation.
  3. On-site Inspection (Optional): Some suppliers arrange for professionals to conduct a detailed inspection of the site. They mainly check whether the terrain is flat, whether the area meets the placement needs of the mobile toilets, and the availability of water and electricity facilities on the site. Through the inspection, they ensure that the mobile toilets can be smoothly installed and used and provide the customer with a reasonable layout plan.
  4. Order Confirmation: After the customer approves the supplier's proposal and quotation, both parties sign a rental contract. The contract clearly defines the rights and responsibilities of both parties, such as the supplier being responsible for the maintenance and repair of the mobile toilets, and the customer being liable for damage caused by improper use. At the same time, the customer needs to pay a certain percentage of the deposit as stipulated in the contract.
  5. Preparation and Delivery: The supplier prepares clean and fully functional mobile toilets according to the agreed time and arranges suitable vehicles to transport them to the customer's designated site.
  6. On-site Installation: Upon arrival at the site, the staff completes the placement of the mobile toilets and fixes them as needed, such as using ground anchors to ensure that the toilets do not move during use. Then, they debug the basic functions of the toilets, such as flushing and lighting, to ensure normal operation.
  7. Rental Service: During the rental period, the supplier regularly cleans the mobile toilets, replenishes consumables such as toilet paper and hand soap, and promptly repairs any malfunctions in accordance with the contract to ensure the customer's normal use.
  8. Expiration Recovery: After the rental period ends, the staff removes the fixing devices of the mobile toilets and transports them back for subsequent re-rental or maintenance.
  9. Settlement Closure: The supplier checks various fees incurred during the rental period with the customer, such as whether there are additional cleaning service fees or damage compensation fees caused by the customer. After confirmation, they refund the remaining deposit to the customer, completing the entire transaction process.
