There are mobile toilets in Haidian District, and some of them have undergone barrier-free renovations, providing convenience for specific groups of people.

Mobile toilets have been installed in certain areas of Haidian District to meet the public's restroom needs. For example, there is a mobile public toilet in the southwest corner of Zhongwu Park along the Sanshan Wuyuan Greenway in Haidian District. This toilet is cleaned by dedicated staff, maintaining a relatively clean environment, and providing good restroom conditions for tourists and nearby residents.
In addition, there is a newly improved mobile public toilet in the park north of Mingguang Bridge in Haidian District. This toilet not only has basic restroom functions but has also undergone barrier-free renovations. During the renovation process, the needs of different groups of people were fully considered. Gentle ramps were laid to facilitate the passage of wheelchairs and other assistive devices; handrails were installed to provide support for those with mobility impairments; and the barrier-free restrooms are equipped with child-sized toilets, baby changing stations, safety handrails, and emergency call devices. The provision of these facilities offers great convenience for elderly people requiring accompaniment, families with young children, and people with disabilities, reflecting care and respect for special groups.
It is worth mentioning that in 2025, the city will include the barrier-free renovation of 33 public toilets as a practical project of the municipal government and implement a renovation strategy of 'one toilet, one policy.' This means that future barrier-free renovations of public toilets in Haidian District and even the entire city will be more precise and detailed, better meeting the needs of different groups of people. Through these renovations, public toilets will no longer be just places to meet physiological needs but will become important windows reflecting urban civilization and humanistic care.
In summary, the number of mobile toilets in Haidian District has increased, and there have been significant improvements in facility provision and service quality. In particular, the completion of barrier-free renovations has provided a more convenient and comfortable restroom environment for specific groups of people.
