The Guilin mobile toilet mainly consists of a frame structure, a bottom fecal collection tank, and related supporting facilities, featuring odor prevention and easy fecal removal.

Frame Structure: The main frame of the Guilin mobile toilet usually adopts light steel structure or high-density polyethylene material. The light steel structure has advantages such as high strength, light weight, and corrosion resistance, ensuring the stability and durability of the overall toilet structure and enabling it to adapt to different usage environments and climatic conditions. The high-density polyethylene material has good chemical stability, flexibility, and impact resistance, also meeting the usage requirements of the mobile toilet frame. Moreover, it reduces the overall weight of the toilet to a certain extent, facilitating transportation and installation.

Bottom Fecal Collection Tank: The bottom fecal collection tank is separated from the upper toilet body by a sealed partition, effectively preventing the spread of fecal odors to the upper toilet body. The inner wall of the fecal collection tank is coated with an anti-stick coating, which reduces the adhesion of feces to the tank wall, facilitating subsequent cleaning work and reducing cleaning difficulty and cost. At the same time, the fecal collection tank is equipped with an exhaust pipe that leads directly to the outside of the tank body. Through reasonable ventilation design, it further controls the spread of odors inside the toilet, maintaining relatively fresh air inside the toilet.

Fecal Removal Method: The fecal collection tank is regularly emptied through a dedicated fecal suction truck via an external connection. This fecal removal method does not require opening the tank cover throughout the process, avoiding the emission of odors and pollution to the surrounding environment during fecal removal. It also improves the efficiency and safety of fecal removal. The dedicated fecal suction truck can quickly and thoroughly suck out the feces from the fecal collection tank and transport it to a designated disposal site, ensuring the normal use and hygiene of the mobile toilet.

Bottom Support: The Guilin mobile toilet is equipped with adjustable feet or small prefabricated bases at the bottom. The adjustable feet can be adjusted according to the unevenness of the ground to ensure the stability of the toilet placement, preventing the toilet from tilting or shaking due to uneven ground. The small prefabricated bases provide a more stable support foundation, further enhancing the stability of the toilet and being suitable for various ground conditions.
