Guangnan Container House Project

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

Currently, no specific information on the Guangnan Container House Project has been retrieved, but relevant industry updates are available for reference.

Progress of the Guangnan Link Project

The Guangnan Link, a crucial railway connecting Guangzhou Station and Guangzhou South Station, spans 16.077 kilometers with a designed speed of 200 km/h. Its critical project, the Xilang Tunnel, stretches 13.21 kilometers and traverses complex geological conditions, including weakly weathered muddy sandstone and siltstone formations, as well as underpasses beneath subway lines and elevated bridges. In July 2025, the 'Tianyou' shield tunneling machine commenced operations, undertaking a 4,196-meter excavation task between the Xilang shaft and the Sanshan shaft. Previously, the 'Yongqing' shield tunneling machine had been deployed, tackling the challenge of tunneling with the smallest turning radius of 605 meters in South China. Upon completion, this project will connect key hubs such as Guangzhou Station, Guangzhou Baiyun Station, and Guangzhou South Station, reducing passenger travel time from approximately one hour to just 15 minutes and enabling direct access to central Guangzhou from Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and other directions.

Development of Container Transportation and Logistics in Guangzhou

Guangzhou boasts a massive logistics industry, with its port handling nearly 700 million tons of cargo and over 28 million TEUs of containers in 2026, ranking among the top six globally. Its express delivery processing volume exceeds 20 billion pieces, leading the nation. After the completion of the third-phase expansion of Baiyun Airport, it will accommodate 140 million terminal passengers and over 6 million tons of cargo and mail annually, positioning it as a global leader in passenger and cargo throughput. Additionally, hubs like Qingdao Port continue to enhance their international transshipment capabilities through route network expansion (e.g., Qingdao Port boasts 233 maritime routes) and automation technology upgrades, supporting container transportation.

Dynamics of Container House-Related Enterprises

Foshan Zhonghui Lvjian Integrated Housing Co., Ltd. has participated in multiple container leasing and panel house projects, such as the procurement of container panel houses for the Taishan Nuclear Power Project and container leasing for the Nansha Binhai Garden Project. Enterprises like China Railway 11th Bureau Group have also purchased temporary facilities such as guardhouses for the Guangnan Link Project, demonstrating the widespread application of container houses in infrastructure construction.
