Greenhouse Container House Design Drawing
Currently, there are no direct design drawings for greenhouse container houses, but design planning can be carried out by referring to the design and layout points of relevant container houses.

Overall Dimensions and Assembly
You can refer to the assembly case of 40-foot container houses by Guangzhou Jinge Company. A single 40-foot container house has standard dimensions. When three are assembled, the dimensions are 11.8m * 6.75m * 2.8m, with a usable area of 80 square meters. When designing a greenhouse container house, you can select an appropriate number of containers for assembly based on actual needs and site conditions, and determine the overall length, width, and height dimensions to meet the space requirements for planting, breeding, or other functions within the greenhouse.
Functional Area Planning
- Planting Area: If used for agricultural planting, it is necessary to plan the planting area reasonably. You can refer to the design of ordinary greenhouses and determine the layout of planting beds or racks according to the types and growth needs of the crops to ensure that the crops have sufficient growing space and light. At the same time, consider the layout of the irrigation system to ensure that water can be evenly supplied to each plant.
- Breeding Area: If used for breeding, plan the breeding space according to the types and quantities of the breeding animals. For example, when breeding poultry, set up appropriate cages to ensure good ventilation and sufficient activity space. At the same time, plan the areas for feed storage and feeding, as well as the handling of animal manure.
- Auxiliary Functional Areas: These include management rooms, equipment storage rooms, etc. Management rooms can be used to place monitoring equipment and record planting or breeding data; equipment storage rooms are used to store irrigation equipment, ventilation equipment, and breeding tools.
Insulation and Ventilation Design
- Insulation: You can learn from the practice of container houses in a Jiangsu town and add an insulation layer. Fill insulation materials such as polystyrene boards or rock wool between the inner and outer walls of the container to reduce heat transfer, ensure the stability of the temperature inside the greenhouse, and meet the needs of planting or breeding in different seasons.
- Ventilation: Reasonable ventilation design is crucial for greenhouse container houses. You can design ventilation openings and install ventilation equipment such as exhaust fans and ventilation windows to ensure air circulation, timely discharge of harmful gases, and provide a good growing environment for crops or animals.
Lighting Design
Refer to the design of a family-style residence renovated by a Danish guy and the design of foreign mountain hotels. Design a large number of large windows or use transparent materials as part of the walls to provide sufficient natural light inside. Natural light is not only beneficial for the photosynthesis of crops but also reduces the use of artificial lighting and lowers energy consumption.
