Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

The Government Mobile Toilet Project is a public initiative undertaken by the government to meet the toilet needs of specific locations by procuring and installing mobile toilets through bidding and other methods. The following provides an introduction to the project from aspects such as project overview, types, characteristics, and procurement requirements:

Project Overview: Government mobile toilet projects vary in scale and budget across different regions. For example, the 2024 Mobile Toilet (Prefabricated Toilet) Allocation Project for Key Tourist Routes (Second Batch) has a budget of 3,752,500 yuan, with the first tender package for the purchase of prefabricated mobile toilets and the second tender package for the purchase of vehicle-mounted mobile toilets. The Mobile Resource Utilization Public Toilet Project in Miaojiatan, Dalu Town, Jungar Banner, has a budget of 332,246 yuan. The Mobile Toilet Procurement Project (First Time) had a transaction amount of 190,000 yuan, aimed at addressing the toilet shortage for tourists at Bagongshan Scenic Area.

Project Types: Mobile toilets come in various types. Based on structural form, they can be classified into single-unit and composite-structure mobile toilets. In terms of mobility, there are lifting and handling types, as well as powered and trailer types. Regarding sewage treatment, they can be divided into water-flush and waterless-flush suction types, circulating water-flush types, and dry-packing types. Different projects select appropriate types based on actual needs. For instance, tourist routes may choose prefabricated or vehicle-mounted mobile toilets according to terrain and tourist traffic.

Project Characteristics: Mobile toilets offer advantages such as mobility, modularity, and ease of transportation. They can be conveniently transported to any location where toilets are needed and used repeatedly. This makes them suitable for various locations such as train stations, docks, and tourist attractions, especially in弥补 (this Chinese word should be translated as 'making up for' or 'compensating for') the shortage and inadequate layout of urban public toilets, playing a role in areas where constructing fixed public toilets is relatively difficult.

Procurement Requirements: Different projects have varying supplier qualification requirements. Some projects are specifically targeted at small and micro enterprises for procurement. Others require suppliers to possess relevant qualifications for general contracting of construction engineering, safety production licenses, and project leaders to have corresponding constructor qualifications and safety production assessment certificates. Additionally, projects specify contract performance periods. For example, some require installation to be completed and accepted for use within three months from the date of contract signing, while others require completion within 30 calendar days from the date of contract signing.
