Features of Gaoyao Container Houses

Admin 14 de septiembre de 2026

Gaoyao container houses have features such as modularity, high integration, overall mobility, low transportation costs, high strength, good durability, low carbon emissions, high flexibility, and large design creativity space, as detailed below:

  • Modularity and Standardization: Container houses have fixed dimensions in length, width, and height, allowing for the pre-design of several fixed functional room layouts. Under different usage requirements, functional rooms can be flexibly combined 360 degrees to form large spaces, becoming standardized products that enable mass production. They can also be stacked up to three levels vertically.
  • High Integration: No secondary decoration is required on-site; they can be occupied immediately after hoisting and placement, saving decoration time and costs and improving occupancy efficiency.
  • Overall Mobility: They can be moved as a whole without disassembly and assembly on-site, significantly reducing the cost of secondary utilization on-site. They are suitable for temporary residences, mobile offices, or places requiring frequent relocation.
  • Low Transportation Costs: They can be packed for transportation, which is convenient and fast. Through flattened packaging, they can be transported in various ways, effectively saving long-distance transportation costs. For example, to adapt to long-distance sea transportation, box-type houses divide the house body into several parts, including the roof, floor, columns, and panels. Several houses can be packed into an independent package with the volume of a container for direct ocean transportation.
  • High Strength and Good Durability: They adopt a steel structure design, capable of withstanding harsh weather conditions and natural disasters. The main frame of the product is pressed from special-shaped steel plates, and the side panels have special sound insulation and heat insulation fillers, providing heat insulation, sound insulation, cold and fire resistance. They are non-combustible, non-moldy, and insect-resistant, with a long service life. The structural lifespan can reach 70 years, and the lifespan of the container house can exceed 30 years, with excellent earthquake resistance (magnitude 8) and wind resistance (level 11).
  • Low Carbon Emissions: They generate less construction waste during the building process and have recycling value, aligning with the concept of low carbon emissions.
  • High Flexibility: They can be combined and transformed according to needs, adapting to different architectural scenarios.
  • Large Design Creativity Space: The design is flexible and can be customized according to personal needs, meeting different aesthetic and functional requirements.
