Gansu Park Mobile Toilet

Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

The mobile toilet in Gansu Park is an environmentally friendly public facility designed specifically for the unique climatic and environmental conditions of the Gansu region, featuring strong adaptability, advanced technology, and intelligent management.

I. Climate Adaptability Design
In the Gansu region, where there are large temperature differences between day and night, low precipitation, and uneven distribution, the main frame of the mobile toilet is made of modified composite materials. These materials have excellent resistance to temperature stress, effectively addressing structural deformation caused by extreme temperature differences. Additionally, the materials are highly weather-resistant, capable of withstanding wind erosion and ultraviolet aging, thereby extending the service life of the facilities.

II. Water-saving and Energy-saving Technology Pathways
To address the issue of water scarcity in Gansu, the mobile toilet has developed two core technologies:

  1. Vacuum Suction Technology: This technology rapidly collects excreta through a negative pressure system, using only 1/10 of the water required by traditional flush toilets. It is suitable for areas with access to electricity.
  2. Microbial Degradation Technology: This technology utilizes efficient microbial communities to decompose organic matter, achieving waterless treatment. It is suitable for grasslands and desert areas without access to electricity or with scarce water resources (such as the custom-made waterless and electricity-free 3+1 mobile mechanical packing toilet in Zhangye).

III. Clean Energy Supply System
In areas with sufficient sunlight, the mobile toilet integrates a photovoltaic power supply system, which includes photovoltaic modules, energy storage batteries, power management units, and load devices. The system is optimized with localized parameters to ensure stable operation under the low-latitude and long-daylight conditions of Gansu, meeting the power needs of lighting, sensors, and other equipment.

IV. Intelligent Management and Maintenance
The facilities are equipped with a remote monitoring system that collects real-time data on toilet stall usage status, container fullness, battery level, and ambient temperature and humidity. Maintenance personnel can receive warning messages via mobile terminals, enabling precise scheduling, reducing the frequency of manual inspections, and improving management efficiency.

V. Extreme Environment Protection Measures
For winter freeze protection, a dual approach is adopted:

  1. Electric Tracing Heating: Key pipelines are heated at a constant temperature to prevent freezing.
  2. Low Freezing Point Flush Fluid: Environmentally friendly antifreeze liquid is used instead of traditional water-based flush agents to ensure normal operation in low-temperature environments.

VI. Ecologically Friendly Site Selection and Treatment
The mobile toilet is sited strictly away from ecologically fragile areas and water source conservation zones. The foundation installation uses reversible prefabricated piers, minimizing permanent damage to the land. After strict testing to ensure compliance with standards, the treated residues can be used for fertilizing non-edible plants in the park, achieving resource recycling.
