Fuzhou Urban Mobile Toilet
When renting mobile toilets in Fuzhou, it is important to be aware of hidden charges, while there are also various types of products and barrier-free practical cases.
Common Hidden Charging Pitfalls in Renting
In Fuzhou, it is relatively common to temporarily rent mobile toilets for events or construction projects. However, there are some hidden charging pitfalls. Some merchants attract customers with a "base price" but actually charge extra in various aspects during the actual rental.
- Deposit: The refund conditions are not clearly specified, which may lead to difficulties in getting the deposit back.
- Cleaning fee: Charged on a daily basis, ranging from 10 to 20 yuan per day, which increases the rental cost.
- Transportation and installation fees: Often overlooked. When transporting across provinces or when the installation site is far from the urban area, a transportation fee of 5 to 10 yuan per kilometer may be incurred. When the installation location is on a high floor or requires special installation conditions, additional high-altitude operation fees may be charged.
- Contract terms: There are ambiguous statements. For example, "Rentals of less than 24 hours are counted as one day" and "Equipment damage will be compensated at the full price" without specifying the compensation standards, which can easily lead to disputes.
- Additional services: Some merchants bundle and sell additional services such as aroma diffusers, toilet paper, and hand sanitizers, and the charges may be relatively high.
