How to Install Mobile Toilets in Fuxin

Admin 09 de octubre de 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Fuxin should follow the steps below to ensure safety and functionality meet standards:

1. Confirm the Sewage Disposal Method

Select an appropriate sewage disposal mode based on the type of mobile toilet. For packing-type or microbial degradation-type toilets, no underground pipeline connection is required, and they can be directly moved to the designated location. For flush-type toilets, plan the sewage discharge path in advance to ensure that the sewer pipe is connected to the municipal sewer network or an independent septic tank, and complies with local environmental protection discharge standards. For example, flush-type toilets need to reserve a connection channel between the sewage outlet and the septic tank to prevent sewage overflow.

2. Site Assessment and Preparation

  1. Basic Condition Detection: Measure the levelness of the installation area, with an error tolerance of within ±5mm to prevent toilet tilting. Test the soil bearing capacity. If the foundation is soft or the bearing capacity is insufficient, pour a concrete base (with a recommended thickness of ≥15cm) to enhance stability.
  2. Pipeline and Space Planning: Confirm that there are no gas, water, or electricity pipelines underground to avoid construction damage. Reserve a clearance channel to ensure that there is sufficient operating space for septic tank pumping vehicles or sewage pipe connection operations (it is recommended that the channel width be ≥2.5 meters).

3. Positioning and Fixing of the Main Structure

  1. Types without Sewage Pipes: Place the toilet body steadily on a pre-fabricated base or adjustable legs, and achieve rigid connection through bolt tightening or welding to ensure wind and earthquake resistance.
  2. Types Requiring Sewage Pipes: Lay the sewage pipes in advance and seal the joints. The pipe slope should be ≥2% (i.e., a drop of 2cm per meter) to ensure natural sewage flow. The end of the pipe should be connected to a septic tank or municipal sewer network, and equipped with an anti-odor water seal device.

4. Connection and Inspection of Functional Systems

  1. Water Supply Pipeline: Install an anti-freezing insulation layer (essential in northern regions) and a pressure relief valve to prevent winter freezing or equipment damage due to excessive water pressure.
  2. Electrical System: Use waterproof cables (IP65 or above), with a buried depth of ≥30cm and reliable grounding. Electrical appliances such as lighting and exhaust fans should be equipped with leakage protection switches.
  3. Wastewater Treatment Unit (if any): Debug biochemical filtration devices or physical sedimentation tanks to ensure that wastewater meets discharge standards or can be recycled.

5. Assembly of the Framework and Detail Handling

  1. Structural Assembly: Fix the base and wall panels in order (using stainless steel screws for locking), install the upper slots and roof cover, and focus on checking the tightness of doors, windows, sewage outlets, and other parts to prevent leakage.
  2. Cleaning and Inspection: After assembly, clean the inner and outer surfaces, and recheck whether all bolts and nuts are tightened to prevent looseness that may cause abnormal noise or structural deformation.

6. Overall Verification and Adaptive Fine-tuning

  1. Functional Testing: Check one by one whether components such as door locks, flushing devices, lighting, and exhaust fans are operating normally, record abnormal data, and make timely adjustments.
  2. Safety Regulations: Confirm that facilities such as handrails, non-slip floors, and barrier-free ramps (with a slope of ≤1:12) comply with national standards, and post warning signs (such as "Caution: Slippery Floor" and "No Smoking").
  3. Environmental Adaptation: Adjust the direction of ventilation openings or add sunshades according to the usage scenario (such as scenic spots or construction sites) to enhance the user experience.
