Foreigner Prefabricated House Main Body

Admin 19 de septiembre de 2026

The practices of foreign prefabricated house main bodies vary by country, with Australia, France, Bosnia, and other countries having unique models.

Australia: Taking Victoria as an example, modular houses are a common type of prefabricated housing in the area. Most of the main structures of these houses are built in factories in advance and then transported to the site for installation and connection. For instance, a mother in Victoria tore down her old cottage from the 1940s and chose a modular home. The advantage of this construction method is its high efficiency. Some projects take only a few weeks from manufacturing to completion, significantly shortening the construction cycle and quickly meeting housing needs.

France: In terms of self-built single-story villas in rural areas, a prefabricated assembled steel structure system is used. The main structural work of the house involves constructing a steel structural load-bearing frame and then enclosing it with matching prefabricated panels. This construction method has distinct characteristics. No red bricks are used from construction to completion, and the amount of cement mortar used is minimal. It emphasizes affordability and has a relatively short construction period, typically taking about 30 days to complete. This approach saves costs and improves construction speed.

Bosnia: There are cases where customers order villas from China. The containers are filled with all the semi-finished components of the villa, such as light steel frame roofs, wall panels, and floors. Workers assemble these semi-finished parts on the construction site like building blocks. After about 40 days of construction, a permanent residence that can be used for a hundred years can be built. This model fully utilizes the standardization and convenience of prefabricated components, completing the construction of the house main body through on-site assembly. It ensures the quality and durability of the house while improving construction efficiency.

The practices of different countries in the construction of prefabricated house main bodies reflect their choices based on their own needs, resources, and technological characteristics, providing diverse ideas and experiences for the development of prefabricated housing.
