Foreign Container House Insulation

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

Foreign container house insulation is mainly achieved through material selection, structural design, and additional insulation layers.

  1. Material Selection:

    • The insulation performance of container houses primarily depends on the materials used. For example, Apple Pod container houses use insulated materials such as aluminum-zinc color-coated steel plates combined with rock wool, glass wool, or polyurethane as wall panels. These materials have excellent insulation properties and can effectively block the transfer of external heat.
    • For the glass sections, hollow tempered glass is used. This glass structure not only enhances insulation but also improves safety.
  2. Structural Design:

    • The structural design of container houses also significantly impacts their insulation performance. For instance, increasing the roof height to expand the interior space helps improve insulation. This design not only makes the house look more streamlined and stylish but also effectively reduces the impact of solar radiation on indoor temperatures.
    • The way container house units are combined also affects insulation. By合理安排 (reasonably arranging) the units, more air layers can be created, which serve as effective insulation barriers.
  3. Additional Insulation Layers:

    • During the construction of container houses, additional insulation layers can be added to enhance insulation performance. For example, foam boards or rock wool boards can be installed inside or outside the containers. These materials effectively block heat transfer and improve the house's thermal insulation.
    • Another method is to use Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), which integrate structure and insulation into a single panel, significantly improving the insulation performance of container houses.
  4. Comprehensive Insulation System:

    • Some high-end container house projects, such as Apple Pods, adopt a multi-layer insulation system, including high-density polyurethane insulation layers, dual heating systems with underfloor heating and air conditioning, and heat pump-assisted heating technology. These technologies work together to maintain stable indoor temperatures even in extreme weather conditions.
