Prefabricated Circuit for Flat Roof
Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026
The prefabricated circuit for flat roofs requires standardized construction in three aspects: wire routing planning, pre-embedded wire conduit handling, and wire arrangement on prefabricated slab roofs:

Wire Routing Planning
- Decentralized laying to avoid current concentration: Wires should not be gathered at the same location as much as possible but laid separately. If multiple wires converge, when the current is too high, the location is prone to safety hazards due to heat accumulation. Separate laying can effectively disperse the current and reduce such risks.
- Avoid pipes to prevent damage: The wire routing should avoid smoke pipes, water pipes, ventilation pipes, and other pipes. If these pipes are repaired or replaced later, they may damage the wires, affecting the normal use of the circuit and even causing safety accidents.
- Reasonable layout to balance distances: The wire routing should be reasonably planned according to the floor plan of the house, balancing the distances between wires and keeping the length of each wire roughly the same. This can reduce line losses, improve circuit transmission efficiency, and lower energy consumption.
- Conform to electrical connection methods: The wire routing should conform to the electrical connection methods and plan the cable channels on this basis. Ensure that the wires can be accurately and reasonably connected to various electrical equipment to meet daily electricity needs.
Pre-embedded Wire Conduit Handling
- Reasonable reservation of wire boxes and conduits: The wire conduits running on the roof and the reserved wire boxes should be as few as possible, but necessary light boxes must be reserved, such as one light box per room. The main electrical box is usually located on the first floor, and a sub-distribution box is set up on the second floor. The pre-embedded light wire conduits in the wall bend after reaching the roof, and the wire boxes of all rooms extend from here.
- Select appropriate pipe materials: When pre-embedding wire conduits, PVC pipes can be selected. They are cost-effective and can meet rural needs. The pipeline can be easily turned using a bending spring, facilitating construction.
- Ensure stability to avoid damage: During the pre-embedding process, ensure that the wire conduits are firmly fixed to avoid displacement or damage during subsequent construction. At the same time, prevent concrete from entering the wire conduits. Clean and block the wire conduits before pre-embedding and strengthen vibration during concrete pouring.
Wire Arrangement on Prefabricated Slab Roofs
The positions of the wire boards should be arranged according to needs, closely fitting the structural surface to ensure they are not damaged or affected unnecessarily. Before construction, make a good circuit plan, plan the laying route and the positions of the wire boards, clarify the routing, and take safety measures such as moisture-proofing, fire prevention, and electric shock prevention to ensure construction safety and subsequent use safety.
