Five-Meter-Wide Prefabricated House

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

A five-meter-wide prefabricated house requires comprehensive consideration from three aspects: the selection of prefabricated panels, installation, and house design. The specific key points are as follows:

Selection of Prefabricated Panels

For a five-meter span, custom-made prefabricated panels or the splicing of standard panels are required. Most standard prefabricated panels have a length of 3-4 meters. If a splicing solution is adopted, products with strong adaptability need to be selected. For example, the hollow prefabricated panels from Hebei Pingshun Building Materials support customization from 1-3 meters and can achieve a 5-meter span through multiple splices. The concrete prefabricated panels (2400×500×60mm) from Hunan Yuansong Construction use a steel reinforcement structure with a compressive strength of ≥C25, making them more suitable for large-span spaces. The brick mold prefabricated panels (3000×600×90mm) from Anhui Zhushang Building Materials have a compressive strength of 6MPa but require splicing for use. In addition, functional prefabricated panels need to be selected according to the usage scenario: the terrazzo prefabricated panels from Shandong Kaiwei have a non-slip coefficient of 0.65, suitable for families with elderly people and children; the terrazzo prefabricated panels from Hubei Heyi New Materials require expansion joints of 3-5mm to avoid temperature deformation.

Installation of Prefabricated Panels

  1. Substrate Preparation: The ground flatness deviation should be ≤3mm/2m. It is recommended to lay a cement mortar leveling layer with a thickness of ≥30mm to ensure uniform load-bearing capacity.
  2. Splicing Solution: Use staggered paving, with joint spacing of ≥300mm, and fill with C20 fine aggregate concrete. If modular prefabricated panels (such as the assembled products from Changchun Shengtai) are selected, on-site cutting errors can be reduced.
  3. Fixing Method: Set at least 4 anchor points per square meter. The diameter of the expansion bolts should be ≥8mm, and the embedding depth should be >50mm to ensure structural stability.
  4. Load Calculation: The static load (panel self-weight + decoration layer) should be ≤2.5kN/m², and the live load (furniture + personnel) should be ≥2.0kN/m². During transportation, use wooden battens to separate the prefabricated panels (such as the cement prefabricated panels from Qingzhou Huaqing) to prevent corner damage.

House Design

  1. Orientation Selection: For narrow-front houses, an east-west layout can be attempted to optimize lighting and ventilation efficiency, while combining with a north-south design to avoid west sun exposure.
  2. Functional Zoning: Flexibly plan the space according to family needs. For example, in rural house construction, part of the yard area can be used to expand the indoor space; when there are elderly people, a room should be reserved on the first floor, and the rooms for children and the homeowner can be set on the second floor; whether to design a living room on the second floor should be decided according to usage habits.
  3. Design Innovation: You can refer to the house types in the same village or mainstream designs and consult the construction team about details such as steel reinforcement content; you can also break through conventional shapes, such as using a serrated hollow facade with balcony green plants or designing a commercial-residential dual-use structure (1-3 floors for shops and 4-5 floors for residences).
