Finished Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin 24 de septiembre de 2026

The installation of finished mobile toilets should be carried out according to specific types, and the installation steps for common types are as follows:

For regular finished mobile toilets, tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun should be prepared before installation. During installation, the first step is to install the inner corners. Install the inner corner components one by one to the designated positions according to the design requirements, ensuring that they are firmly installed and accurately positioned to provide stable frame support for the subsequent assembly of the panels. The second step is to assemble the panels. Insert the panels into the pre-designed slots. Ensure alignment during assembly, especially precise alignment between the top and the panels, to guarantee the flatness and stability of the overall structure. After alignment, use the prepared 4.2-millimeter drill bit to drill holes at the assembly points. The positions and spacing of the holes should comply with the installation requirements to ensure that the rivets can be firmly fixed. After drilling the holes, insert the rivets and fix them with a rivet gun to tightly connect the panels and form a complete toilet body structure.

For some finished mobile toilets with mobile toilet bowls, the installation process is different. First, install the toilet flange. Place the toilet flange on the drain pipe, adjust its position so that the center of the flange aligns with the center of the drain pipe, and then place the toilet bowl correctly to ensure that it is installed steadily. Next, install the angle valve and connecting components. Install the angle valve and connect all the components through a three-way joint that links the water inlet and the sprinkler head. During the connection process, pay attention to tightening the screws at each joint to prevent water leakage. Then, assemble the toilet sprinkler head. Assemble the sprinkler head and tighten the sealing rubber rings at both ends to ensure good sealing. After assembly, connect the sprinkler head to the other end of the three-way joint and firmly clamp the sprinkler head bracket onto the top of the three-way joint to fix the sprinkler head firmly. Finally, conduct water testing and apply sealant. Turn on the water source and perform water testing to check for any water leakage at each connection point. If there are no issues with the water test, apply sealant at the contact points between the toilet bowl and the floor and other areas that require sealing to enhance the sealing and stability.

The installation of different types of mobile toilets may vary. Before installation, carefully read the product manual and follow the specific requirements for operation.
