Finished Mobile Toilet Design

Admin 08 de octubre de 2026

The design of finished mobile toilets covers multiple aspects such as structural composition, design principles, classification, and appearance styling.

I. Structural Composition Mobile toilets are generally composed of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary fixtures, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. Among them, the fecal sewage storage tank or treatment device is used to collect and treat excreta, ensuring a hygienic environment; the floor slab should have anti-slip and easy-to-clean properties; sanitary fixtures include squatting positions and toilets to meet different usage needs; walls serve to divide spaces and protect privacy; washing equipment such as sinks facilitates user cleaning; water tanks provide water for flushing; roofs protect against wind and rain; and mobile devices enable the toilet to be easily moved and positioned.

II. Design Principles The design adheres to the principles of mobility and convenience, economic durability; environmental protection and ecological friendliness, beneficial to the environment; improving efficiency and promoting humanity. The overall structure considers lightness, using lightweight and durable materials as much as possible, such as metal carved panels, which ensure structural robustness while facilitating mobility. At the same time, the height and width of the toilet should be controlled to meet transportation and usage requirements, and the mobile device should be complete and reasonable to ensure safety and stability during movement.

III. Classification According to structural form, they can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets; according to mobility method, they can be divided into hoisting and handling mobile toilets, powered and towed mobile toilets; according to sewage treatment method, they can be divided into water-flush and waterless suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. Different types of mobile toilets have differences in applicable scenarios and functional characteristics. For example, water-flush types are suitable for places with a water supply, while dry-packing types are suitable for water-scarce areas.

IV. Appearance Styling Some designs adopt a flat-roof style, using gray and white metal carved panels, with a simple and elegant appearance; there are also minimalist and stylish designs, such as off-white exterior walls paired with orange curtains, with three positions each in the men's and women's toilets inside, both aesthetically pleasing and practical. In terms of internal layout, some have two squatting positions each in the men's and women's toilets, with a public washing area in the middle, and complete water, electricity, and sanitary fixtures, ready for use upon connecting the pipelines on site.
