Finished Mobile Public Toilet

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

A finished mobile public toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole and set up in fixed or temporary locations to provide toilet services to the public.

Types and Designs:

  1. Customized Restroom for Scenic Spots: Occupying less than 6 square meters, it features a three-single-room layout with a main structure of galvanized square steel frame. The exterior walls are made of waterproof and flame-retardant metal carved panels, and it has a steel integrated door with a ridged roof (covered with waterproof asphalt shingles). It is suitable for scenic spots or public areas with limited space.
  2. Economical and Practical Model: With a gray and white metal carved panel exterior, it is designed with 8 independent squatting positions, separate entrance doors for men's and women's restrooms, and sliding windows and stone wall lamps on the front wall for ventilation and lighting. It is suitable for high-traffic areas.
  3. Special Design Model: Using a galvanized steel frame as the skeleton, the exterior walls are made of orange brick-patterned panels. The front wall has a unique design, and the structural lifespan exceeds 15 years. It is suitable for scenarios with high requirements for aesthetics and durability.

Structural Components: The core components include fecal sewage storage tanks (or treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware (such as squatting pans/toilets), walls, washing equipment (sinks), water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. Some high-end models integrate ventilation systems, lighting equipment, and smart sensing devices to enhance the user experience.

Classification Methods:

  1. By Structural Form:
    • Single Structure: An independent unit suitable for small-scale needs.
    • Composite Structure: Multiple modules combined to be expandable into large public toilets.
  2. By Mobility Method:
    • Lifting/Handling Type: Relies on lifting equipment or manual handling.
    • Power/Trailer Type: Equipped with an engine or towing device, capable of autonomous movement or being towed by a vehicle.
  3. By Sewage Treatment Method:
    • Water-Flush Type: Requires connection to a water source, with sewage discharged into storage tanks or municipal sewer networks.
    • Waterless Suction Type: Uses vacuum suction to collect feces, which are periodically transported away.
    • Recirculating Water-Flush Type: Sewage is treated and then recirculated for use, saving water resources.
    • Dry Packing Type: Feces are packed into biodegradable bags, requiring no water source, suitable for water-scarce areas.

Core Advantages:

  1. Mobility: Can be quickly deployed to temporary events, disaster sites, or remote areas.
  2. Combinability: Modular design supports expansion or adjustment of functional areas as needed.
  3. Environmental Friendliness: Some models adopt water-saving technologies or fecal resource treatment to reduce pollution.
  4. Economy: Compared to traditional toilets, they have a short construction period, low cost, and can be reused.
