Fengfeng Construction Site Portable Toilet Installation
Admin 02 de octubre de 2026
The installation of portable toilets at the Fengfeng construction site requires selecting procedures based on the type. The installation steps for split-type and integrated toilets differ, but both must adhere to the principles of simplicity, speed, safety, and hygiene.

I. Installation Process for Split-Type Portable Toilets
Positioning and Foundation Preparation
- Determine the installation location according to the construction site plan, prioritizing areas with solid ground and good drainage, avoiding low-lying or soft ground.
- Clear the site of debris to ensure a flat surface. If necessary, lay a concrete foundation or a moisture-proof cushion to enhance stability.
Assembling the Main Structure
- Chassis Installation: Place the steel structure chassis steadily at the predetermined location and adjust it to a level state using a spirit level to prevent subsequent structural tilting.
- Wall Panel and Roof Installation: Install the sandwich panel wall panels sequentially, ensuring that the gaps between panels are aligned and fixed with sealant or special clips. The roof panels must be fully covered to ensure no leakage risks.
Connecting Internal Facilities
- Install partitions, toilets, flushing systems (if water-flushing), sinks, and other equipment, and connect water and electricity pipelines.
- Adopt a modular quick-connector design to simplify the water and electricity connection process and shorten installation time.
- Install lighting fixtures and ventilation equipment to ensure nighttime use and air circulation.
Functional Debugging and Inspection
- Conduct a flushing test to check if the water flow is smooth and the drainage is unobstructed.
- Test the electrical circuit to ensure that lighting and ventilation equipment operate normally.
- Inspect the sealing of wall panels and the roof to prevent rainwater leakage.
II. Installation Process for Integrated Portable Toilets
Integrated portable toilets (such as container-type toilets) have completed interior decoration and equipment integration in the factory, making on-site installation simpler:
- Lifting and Positioning: Use lifting equipment to hoist the entire toilet to the predetermined location and ensure a stable landing.
- Connecting Water, Electricity, and Sewage Pipes: Quickly connect the water inlet pipe, drainage pipe, and electrical circuit. The modular interface design can significantly shorten the time.
- Functional Testing: Check if the flushing, lighting, ventilation, and other systems are functioning properly. The overall installation time can be shortened to 2-4 hours.
III. Installation Standards and Precautions
- Refer to the "Hygiene Standards for Portable Toilets" (GB/T 21239-2023) to ensure structural safety and hygiene compliance.
- After installation, conduct regular maintenance inspections and promptly repair issues such as water leakage and electrical faults to extend the service life.
