Female Boss Steals Mobile Toilet

A female supermarket boss in Hefei, Anhui, has been taken into criminal custody for stealing a mobile toilet. Here are the details:

Reason for Theft: The female boss has a 90-year-old mother at home. Since the elderly woman spends a long time in the toilet each day, it causes inconvenience for the rest of the family. To solve this problem, the female boss had a wrong idea and came up with the plan to steal a mobile toilet.

Theft Process: While taking a walk, the female boss noticed a mobile toilet in a yard by the roadside. Using the pretext of moving things, she, along with two other men, stole it on a tricycle late at night. After succeeding, they hid the mobile toilet behind the supermarket and covered it with white woven bags in an attempt to conceal their theft.

Case Investigation: After receiving the report, the police quickly launched an investigation. By retrieving surveillance videos from the surrounding area, the police traced the whereabouts of the mobile toilet and eventually found the stolen toilet behind a supermarket in a residential area. Faced with the police's questioning, the female boss confessed to the theft on the spot.

Legal Consequences: The female boss's actions constitute the crime of theft, infringing upon the property rights of others. According to China's Criminal Law, those who steal public or private property, where the amount is relatively large, or who commit multiple thefts, burglaries, thefts with lethal weapons, or pickpocketing, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention, or public surveillance, and shall also, or shall only, be fined. Currently, the female boss has been taken into criminal custody and awaits legal sanctions.
