Fast Mobile Toilet Installation
Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026
There are mainly two methods for installing fast mobile toilets, with specific steps as follows:

Method 1: Basic Installation Process
- Unpacking and Inspection: Upon receiving the goods, first open the package and carefully check the parts list to confirm that all components (such as the base, wall panels, roof panel, connectors, screws, etc.) are complete and inspect for any transportation damage. If any parts are missing or damaged, promptly contact the supplier for replacement or reshipment.
- Basic Assembly: Place the base steadily at the predetermined installation location, ensuring the ground is level and free of debris. Then, assemble the wall panels in the order specified in the instructions, securing them temporarily with clips or screws to form the main frame of the toilet.
- Installing the Roof Panel: Align the roof panel with the top of the frame and secure it using the pre-reserved connection holes or slots, ensuring a tight fit between the roof and the walls with no gaps.
- Installing Functional Components: Install internal facilities according to needs, such as toilets, water tanks, sinks, etc., and connect the water pipes, sewage pipes, and other plumbing systems. Ensure that pipe connections are sealed to prevent leaks.
- Detail Adjustments: Adjust the smoothness of opening and closing for doors, windows, and other components, ensuring all connectors are tight and secure.
- Acceptance Testing: After installation is complete, conduct a comprehensive inspection, including structural stability, pipe sealing, and functional normality, to confirm everything is correct before putting it into use.
Method 2: Advanced Installation Process (Tools Required)
- Tool Preparation: Prepare tools such as an electric drill, 4.2mm drill bit, and rivet gun in advance to ensure installation efficiency.
- Corner Installation: Use an electric drill to drill holes at the inner corners of the wall panels, insert rivets, and secure them with a rivet gun to enhance structural stability.
- Panel Assembly: Insert the wall panels into the slots, aligning the top and bottom edges to ensure a flat assembly. Drill holes at the joints, insert rivets, and secure them to form a sturdy wall structure.
- Installing Functional Components: Similar to Method 1, install internal facilities such as toilets and water tanks, and connect the plumbing systems.
- Detail Handling: Check all connection points to ensure there are no loose or missing parts, and debug doors, windows, and other components.
- Final Acceptance: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the installation quality, confirming structural stability and normal functionality before use.
