Farm Mobile Toilet Configuration

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

The configuration of farm mobile toilets should be flexibly selected based on the usage scenario, number of users, climate, and sewage disposal conditions, typically including the following core modules:

I. Core Toilet Facilities

  1. Sanitary Fixtures: Basic configurations include water-saving squat toilets or sit toilets (selected according to the user group), hand basins, urinals (in men's toilets or separate urinal rooms), and odor-proof floor drains. For example, high-pressure air-water flush squat toilets can be chosen for high-traffic areas, which are water-saving and have high cleaning efficiency.
  2. Auxiliary Accessories: It is necessary to equip with toilet paper holders, waste paper containers, clothes hooks with a load-bearing capacity of ≥5kg, mirrors, and ashtrays; barrier-free toilet stalls should be installed with handrails to ensure safe use by individuals with mobility impairments.
  3. Ventilation and Lighting: Forced exhaust systems should ensure a ventilation frequency of ≥5 times per hour, paired with energy-saving lighting; some high-end models are equipped with fresh air deodorization systems to further improve air quality.

II. Intelligent and Energy Configurations (Optional)

  1. Sensor Controls: Infrared sensor flushing, sensor hand washing, automatic lighting, and electronic toilet door displays (occupied/unoccupied status) can enhance user convenience and reduce the risk of cross-infection through contact.
  2. Smart Management: High-end products display toilet stall status in real-time through smart displays, count the number of users, or provide smart water-saving prompts to optimize resource management.
  3. Energy Self-Sufficiency: Independent toilets can be equipped with solar power systems and batteries to ensure continuous operation for more than 4 hours without an external power supply, adapting to remote farm environments.

III. Extended Function and Structural Configurations

  1. Auxiliary Function Areas: A management room (area ≥4㎡) for staff use and a tool room (1-2㎡) for storing cleaning equipment; a third toilet should be configured with a wheelchair turning space (diameter ≥1.5 meters), adult and child sit toilets, safety seats, etc., to meet the needs of families and special groups.
  2. Sewage Treatment: Water-flush toilets need to be paired with clean water tanks, sewage tanks, or septic tanks, supporting traditional water flushing, recirculating water flushing (after biological treatment), or high-pressure air-water flushing; waterless flush systems include waterless packaging types (using biodegradable plastic bags) and microbial degradation types (zero emissions).
  3. Structural Materials: The main body adopts a steel structure frame with metal carved panel exterior walls for rust prevention and heat insulation; the floor uses non-slip PVC flooring or epoxy flooring, and the walls are made of integral fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) or high-strength metal panels with sealed joints.

IV. Environmental Adaptability Configurations

In cold regions, additional thermal insulation layers and electric heaters or warm air blowers (power 500-1000W) should be added to ensure an internal temperature of ≥5℃ in winter; customized designs can adjust the stall size (1.2-1.5 meters wide) or add shower room functions to meet diverse needs.

The specific configuration should be combined with the actual needs of the farm, such as the number of users, climatic conditions, and sewage pipeline network conditions, for modular combination and adjustment.
