I. Efficient and Convenient Prefabricated Building Model Fangyuan Construction Group adopts a prefabricated building approach where components are manufactured in factories and assembled on-site. After prefabricating the house components in the factory, they are transported to the project site and fixed together with screws. For instance, with 32 screws, three workers can complete the assembly of one house in just one day. This model significantly shortens the construction period, enhances construction efficiency, and reduces the complexity and uncertainty of on-site construction. Additionally, its prefabricated buildings can be occupied immediately after assembly, providing great convenience for residents.

Emphasis on R&D and Innovation to Drive Technological Progress Since entering the prefabricated building industry in 2015, the group has focused on developing new products, materials, and technologies. Collaborating with the National Engineering Research Center for Housing and Residential Environment, it has established a research and development base in Luojiang District, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, to conduct in-depth research on the structural, enclosure, and decoration systems of prefabricated buildings. The group has also founded Fujian Zhukeli Prefabricated Construction Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on core products and technologies across the entire prefabricated decoration industry chain, building multiple R&D platforms, and forming a complete set of prefabricated decoration technology systems.
