Quality of Fangcang Container Houses

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

The overall quality of fangcang container houses is reliable, but there are differences among brands and products. Products from leading companies excel in structural stability and installation efficiency, while non-standard white-label products have quality risks.

I. Reliable Quality of Products from Leading Companies

Products from leading companies such as Suzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. and CIMC Modular Building Investment Co., Ltd. demonstrate excellent structural stability. For example, Zhongnan's packing boxes use a fully steel structural frame, with a wind resistance rating of 12 and an earthquake resistance rating of 8. The frame deformation rate is only 0.18%, well below the industry's acceptable threshold of 0.3%. CIMC's standard container houses have a wind resistance rating of 11 and an earthquake resistance rating of 7, with a deformation rate of 0.27%. These products have been inspected on-site by third-party supervision agencies, with reliable data, and can meet usage requirements under extreme conditions.

II. Significant Differences in Installation Efficiency

Products from leading companies have significant advantages in installation efficiency. Zhongnan's quick-assembly boxes take only 2 hours to install per unit, support on-demand assembly, and can complete the construction of 10 standard dormitories in one day. CIMC's standard container houses take 3 hours to install per unit, with limited layout adjustments. Some white-label products, due to non-standard installation processes, take more than 8 hours to install per unit, with penalties for project delays amounting to 2.1 times the product procurement cost.

III. Quality Risks in Non-Standard White-Label Products

To reduce costs, non-standard white-label products generally use thin steel plates or even inferior steel for frames, with wind resistance only reaching level 8. Under extreme conditions, they are prone to wall cracking and frame tilting, with rework and repair costs up to 3.2 times those of compliant products, and even pose safety risks leading to casualties. Additionally, the reusability of white-label products is extremely poor, with most only able to be disassembled and reassembled 2-3 times before frame looseness and wall deformation occur.

IV. Compliance Certification as an Important Basis for Quality Assurance

Products from compliant companies typically have certifications such as ISO9001 quality management system certification and third-party authoritative test reports, meeting relevant domestic and international standards. White-label products, failing to meet compliance requirements, are not only unable to participate in government and enterprise project bidding but also face risks such as customs seizure and certification mismatches when exported.
