Factory-Prefabricated House Main Body
The factory-prefabricated house main body is a construction model that involves breaking down a building into independent modules or components, manufacturing them in a factory, and then transporting them to the construction site for assembly. This model mainly includes three types: modular buildings, prefabricated panel houses, and prefabricated buildings.

Modular Buildings: All parts of a house, such as ceilings, floors, and water and electricity pipelines, are prefabricated on a factory assembly line. Taking the China Construction Hailong Intelligent Construction Industrial Park in Shenzhen, Guangdong, as an example, the ceilings, walls, and waterproof layers of bathrooms in houses are all manufactured in the factory. This construction method is highly integrated, with each module undergoing strict quality inspections in the factory to ensure the quality and performance of the building. Moreover, since most of the work is completed in the factory, the workload at the construction site is significantly reduced, and the construction period is greatly shortened. The industrial park can deliver 20,000 to 30,000 modules annually, demonstrating its efficient production capacity.
Prefabricated Panel Houses: These houses are constructed using prefabricated panels as the main components. Prefabricated panels are cement components manufactured in a factory. To make them, a wooden model is first nailed together, and then steel bars are laid out and cement is poured in, resulting in two types: solid and hollow. The construction of prefabricated panel houses is relatively simple, with the panels being mass-produced in the factory at a low cost. At the construction site, the panels only need to be spliced and installed, resulting in fast construction speeds and the ability to meet the building needs of some temporary or cost-sensitive projects.
Prefabricated Buildings: The main components of the building are precisely manufactured in a factory and then quickly assembled on-site. For example, in the prefabricated steel structure building system of Anhui Construction Engineering Group, the main components of a two-story residential building are produced in the factory, with the main structure assembly taking only 15 days and the building being ready for occupancy in 30 days. Its intelligent manufacturing factory covers an area of 327 acres, with intelligent welding production lines, intelligent panel cutting centers, and intelligent spraying production lines operating in an orderly manner. The base can produce up to 10,000 typical two-story houses annually. Each steel beam and wall panel is processed under digital management, with component installation errors strictly controlled at the millimeter level, ensuring the precision and quality of the building.
