Factory Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

The installation of factory mobile toilets requires selecting the appropriate method based on the specific type. Common types include waterless, stainless steel waterless packing, and foam-type toilets, with general installation steps and tool preparation.

I. Key Points for Installing Waterless Mobile Toilets

  1. Structural Adaptation and Sealing: The toilet body uses a steel or aluminum alloy frame, with a skin made of fiberglass, stainless steel, or high-strength plastic. It is essential to ensure the sealing of the joints to prevent odor leakage. The internal space is compact (standard size approximately 1.2m × 1.2m), requiring advance planning of the layout.
  2. Installation of Key Components:
    • The degradation tank needs to be filled with wood shavings or coconut shell fibers as a carrier for bacteria, with regular replenishment to maintain decomposition function; packing-type products require the installation of biodegradable plastic film rolls.
    • The temperature control system, exhaust ducts, and control panel should be connected according to the instructions, ensuring that the ventilation louvers and one-way exhaust fans operate correctly to maintain air circulation.
  3. Modular Expansion: If additional toilet stalls are needed, the modular design can be utilized for quick assembly, adapting to changes in population demand.

II. Installation Methods for Stainless Steel Waterless Packing Squat Toilets

  1. Floor-mounted Installation: Directly fixed to the ground, suitable for temporary or short-term use scenarios, such as construction sites and exhibitions.
  2. In-ground Installation: Requires excavation of a pit and pre-embedding of fixtures, suitable for long-term fixed use, such as in scenic spots and remote areas. Both methods do not require sewage pipes, relying on biodegradable plastic bags to collect waste, which need to be replaced regularly.

III. Installation Requirements for Foam-type Mobile Toilets

  1. Site Adaptability: Suitable for locations without fixed water supply and drainage networks, such as in the wild or disaster areas. Before installation, check the flatness of the site to ensure stable placement of the foam device, waste storage tank, and ventilation and deodorization components.
  2. Environmental Adjustments:
    • In water-scarce environments, increase the reserve of foam liquid; in low temperatures, add insulation layers or adjust the foam liquid formula.
    • Regularly check the air pump and duct sealing, clean residual matter from the toilet, and monitor the liquid level in the waste storage tank to prevent overflow.

IV. General Installation Steps and Tools

  1. Tool Preparation: Electric drill, 4.2mm drill bit, rivet gun, level, etc.
  2. Basic Steps:
    • Fix the inner corner pieces sequentially to the frame, ensuring verticality.
    • Insert the panels into the slots, align them, drill holes at the connections, insert rivets, and secure them with a rivet gun.
    • Install doors, windows, ventilation systems, and internal fittings, followed by a sealing test.

Precautions: Before installation, check the list of accessories to avoid omissions; wear protective gear during operation to prevent cuts or inhalation of dust; if electrical connections are involved, they should be performed by professionals to ensure safety.
