Requirements for Export Container Houses

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

Export container houses must meet requirements for size adaptability, structural stability, functional integration, safety protection, transportation convenience, and compliance. Details are as follows:

1. Size Adaptability
Export container houses must conform to international maritime standard dimensions, typically 6 meters in length, 2.4 meters in width, and 2.9 meters in height. When folded, they must fully match the loading specifications of standard shipping containers to avoid the need for custom transportation carriers. This design maximizes transportation space utilization, reduces maritime shipping costs, and meets the customs clearance requirements of most countries.

2. Structural Stability
High-strength lightweight steel frames with anti-corrosion treatment should be used, and the hinge and track designs must be mature and reliable to ensure a flat and seamless box body when unfolded. The structure must withstand maritime turbulence, salt spray corrosion, and external impacts during long-term use, such as meeting wind resistance standards of up to Level 11 and earthquake resistance standards of up to Level 8 to adapt to different climatic and geological conditions.

3. Functional Integration
The house should be fully integrated and pre-assembled in the factory, including structural components, insulation layers, doors and windows, water and electricity pipelines, ceilings, floors, and bathroom fixtures. Upon delivery to the site, only water and electricity connections are required for immediate use. Some products support independent drainage systems, elevated pitched roof designs, and multi-story stacking (with a bearing capacity of up to 6 stories), meeting the needs of construction site offices, employee dormitories, and other scenarios.

4. Safety Protection
The house must possess fire resistance, thermal insulation, heat insulation, waterproof sealing, and anti-corrosion and rust-proof properties. For example, the walls should use Class A fire-resistant materials with a fire resistance limit that meets design standards; the roof should be able to withstand snow loads of up to 1.5 meters, suitable for cold regions; and sealing tests must ensure no leakage, with moisture-proof treatment to prevent mildew.

5. Transportation and Deployment Convenience
When folded, the volume is reduced to 1/5 to 1/3 of the unfolded state, supporting single-container lifting and unfolding, with deployment completed within 1 hour and no wet work required. Transportation costs are low, with higher loading capacity per vehicle or container, supporting multiple turnovers and reuse, in line with green building requirements.

6. Compliance and Customization
The house must comply with the building codes and approval requirements of the target market, such as passing national certification building codes. It also supports customization of size, interior decoration, functional configurations, and intelligent systems to meet the personalized needs of overseas infrastructure camps, mining camps, emergency support, and other scenarios.
