Eco-friendly public toilets in parks: Most of the living ecological public toilets or mobile eco-friendly toilets in parks are urban public service facilities and are open to the public free of charge. These toilets are usually maintained by the government or park management to meet the basic needs of citizens. Only in a very few special cases, such as those located in commercial operation areas (e.g., commercial streets within scenic spots) or public toilets managed by enterprises through outsourcing, a symbolic fee of 1-2 yuan per use may be charged.

Event rental scenarios:

1. Luohe area: The rental price is affected by the duration, toilet type, and service configuration. For short-term rentals (1-7 days), the cost of an ordinary single-person toilet is 100-200 yuan per day per unit; high-end toilets (equipped with warm air, aroma systems, etc.) may exceed 400 yuan per day per unit. For long-term rentals (more than 15 days), the price is usually lower.
2. Pingxiang area: The daily rental for a single toilet stall mostly ranges from 50-200 yuan. The basic model (single-person stall without water and electricity) costs 50-80 yuan per day per unit; the high-end model (with flushing, lighting, and a sink) costs 100-150 yuan per day per unit; and the special scenario model (such as barrier-free,母婴间 (maternity and baby room), and eco-friendly degradable types) costs 150-200 yuan per day per unit.

Additional fees:

• Transportation cost: If the toilet needs to be transported from the rental location to the usage location and the distance exceeds 5 kilometers, additional fees may be incurred.
• Labor service: When a dedicated person is assigned for management or cleaning services, an additional fee of 50-100 yuan per day may be charged.
• Customization requirements: If there is a need to customize toilet signs, barrier-free facilities, or night lighting equipment, the cost may increase by 10%-30%.

Long-term rental discounts: In Pingxiang area, tiered discounts are offered for long-term rentals: For rental periods exceeding 7 days, a discount of 8-9% may be available; for more than 1 month, the base price is reduced to 7-8% off; and for more than 3 months, it can be as low as 6-7% off. Such discounts can significantly reduce the total cost and are suitable for large-scale events or long-term projects.
