Can Environmental Mobile Toilets Be Customized?

Admin 10 de octubre de 2026

Environmental mobile toilets can be customized. Currently, the customization services in the market are highly mature and can meet the personalized needs of different venues, budgets, and usage scenarios. The specific customization content can be carried out from the following five aspects:

1. Size and Layout Customization
Design the size according to the site conditions. A single-person unit is approximately 1.1m×1.1m, and multiple-person units can be combined up to 3m×6m. For areas with limited space, a compact design can be adopted, while open areas can have additional functional areas such as management rooms and tool rooms. In terms of layout, the number of toilet stalls, the ratio of male to female toilets, accessible toilet stalls, and the number of urinals can be adjusted according to the estimated foot traffic and needs. For example, scenic spots can increase the number of female toilet stalls based on tourist traffic, while construction sites can focus on durability in their design.

2. Functional Configuration Customization

  • Sewage Disposal Methods: Choose from water-flush (direct discharge or with a built-in water tank), foam-sealing (water-saving and odor-preventing), or packaging-type (no need for water or electricity) based on site conditions.
  • Internal Facilities: Install sinks, mirrors, hooks, handrails, air conditioners, water heaters, etc. Outdoor construction sites can also have anti-slip floors and corrosion-resistant interior wall panels.
  • Smart Systems: High-end customization can integrate functions such as smart sensor flushing, foot traffic counting, and environmental monitoring (ammonia and hydrogen sulfide concentrations) to improve management efficiency.

3. Appearance and Material Customization

  • Appearance Design: Colors, shapes, and door signs can be integrated with corporate culture or the surrounding environment, such as wood-grain, stone-grain, modern minimalist, or retro styles.
  • Main Materials: Common materials include color-steel sandwich panels (thermal insulation), fiberglass (corrosion-resistant), stainless steel (durable), aluminum profiles (lightweight and aesthetically pleasing), and anti-corrosion wood (natural style). For coastal areas, it is recommended to use fiberglass or stainless steel to enhance corrosion resistance.

4. Industry Standards and Regulations
Customization must comply with relevant national standards, such as the "Urban Public Toilet Design Standard" (CJJ 14-2016) and the "Classification and Evaluation of Tourism Toilet Quality Grades" (GB/T 18973-2016). Key indicators include: the door width of accessible toilet stalls should be no less than 800mm, the interior net height should be no less than 2.0m, good ventilation and lighting, and compliance with anti-slip standards.

5. Customization Process and Precautions

  • Needs Communication: Clarify the site size, number of users, water and electricity conditions, and budget range.
  • Scheme Design: The manufacturer provides floor plans, renderings, and configuration lists.
  • Production and Installation: The production cycle is usually 7-15 days, and the manufacturer is responsible for transportation, hoisting, water and electricity connection, and commissioning.
  • Precautions: Before customization, confirm the power capacity (such as the power of air conditioners and water heaters), the distance to the water source, and the direction of the sewage pipes to avoid installation difficulties. At the same time, choose a manufacturer with environmental protection qualifications and after-sales support to ensure the product is durable and meets local environmental protection requirements.
