Structure of Environmental-Friendly Mobile Toilets

Admin 22 de octubre de 2026

The structure of environmental-friendly mobile toilets mainly includes aspects such as frame structure, wall materials, internal configurations, and special-type structures.

Frame Structure: The frame of an environmental-friendly mobile toilet is crucial for its stability and mobility. Typically, it is composed of a welded steel frame structure, with the base usually welded using channel steel or I-beams. This design provides sufficient strength and stability to support the entire weight of the toilet. The columns are made of square steel, further enhancing the frame's robustness. The frame structure not only meets the requirements for lifting but also facilitates easy movement and installation, allowing environmental-friendly mobile toilets to flexibly adapt to different usage scenarios.

Wall Materials: On the basis of the frame structure, wall materials need to be installed. Common wall materials include color-coated steel sheets, metal carved panels, aluminum-plastic panels, and anti-corrosion wood. These materials not only offer good durability and waterproofing but can also be selected and combined according to actual needs to meet different aesthetic and practical requirements. For example, color-coated steel sheets are lightweight and easy to install, while metal carved panels provide better decorative effects.

Internal Configurations: The internal configurations of environmental-friendly mobile toilets are also an important part of their structure. Some mobile toilets use marble floors internally, which are not only easy to clean but also have high strength and a long service life. Additionally, they are equipped with facilities such as sinks, squat toilets, ceiling fans, LED ceiling lights, and distribution boxes, providing users with a comfortable and convenient experience. The configuration of these facilities not only considers practicality but also emphasizes energy efficiency, environmental protection, and user-friendly design.

Special-Type Structures: In addition to the basic structures mentioned above, there are also some special types of environmental-friendly mobile toilets. For example, the towed and trailer-mounted mobile environmental-friendly smart public toilet is two meters wide and has a towing base underneath for easy towing and movement. This type of toilet adopts a microbial degradation system, with specific settings for each squat position, and also includes a management room and equipment room, enabling intelligent management and efficient operation. Additionally, some mobile toilets do not require civil engineering work; they are installed as complete units and can be used immediately upon placement. The installation process is as simple and quick as building with blocks, with columns spliced and fixed, and buckles fitting tightly, ensuring the stability and safety of the toilet.
