The Office of the Badong County People's Government has issued opinions on supporting the promotion and application of prefabricated buildings, providing strong policy guarantees for the development of prefabricated buildings. For housing and municipal projects invested in by the government, under the premise of technical feasibility and cost controllability, sub-projects and sub-divisional works that meet the conditions for the application of prefabricated construction methods should fully adopt prefabricated components. At the same time, clear goals have been set, striving to achieve that by 2030, the proportion of prefabricated building area in the newly built urban building area of the year will reach 40%. In addition, actively guide and encourage various types of buildings, such as real estate development projects invested in by social capital, to give priority to adopting prefabricated construction methods and provide policy support in multiple aspects, which helps promote the wide application of prefabricated buildings in Enshi.
The Industry Has Begun to Take Shape
The first prefabricated building industrial park in Enshi Prefecture has officially been put into operation. This project is of great significance as it is a key project promoted in Hubei Province and the first prefabricated building industrial park in Enshi Prefecture. Its total investment is about 2.437 billion yuan, with a total area of more than 2,200 acres, covering 'one park, one mine, one corridor, and one wharf'. After reaching full production, the project will have an annual output value of more than 800 million yuan, generate taxes of about 80 million yuan, and create more than 1,000 new jobs. Supported by artificial intelligence, this industrial park integrates three core technologies: self-power generation of long adhesive tapes, zero-emission transportation, and building-integrated photovoltaics. It innovatively applies advanced industry technologies such as unmanned operation and intelligent truck scheduling. It is a demonstration project for the integration of mining and energy and low-carbon development, as well as a benchmark project for digital-driven and innovative upgrading, providing strong support for the development of the prefabricated assembly-type housing industry in Enshi.

The Shengbao Residential Enshi Industrial Park project is under accelerated construction. As the first attempt of the PHF building system in the field of large-scale public buildings, this project adopts the latest PHF prefabricated building technology to build the main structure in a fast and efficient manner, greatly shortening the construction period and reducing environmental pollution and resource waste at the construction site. The park's plan includes multiple modern standard factory buildings, office buildings, and supporting facilities, aiming to provide a high-quality business environment with green environmental protection and intelligent management for settled enterprises, reflecting the good application prospects of prefabricated assembly-type housing in the field of large-scale public buildings.
