Engineering Mobile Toilet Quality

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

The quality of engineering mobile toilets should be comprehensively evaluated from multiple dimensions, including structural materials, sewage systems, supporting facilities, quality inspections, and relevant certifications.

Structure and Materials: High-quality engineering mobile toilets often use hot-dip galvanized steel pipes or steel structures for their main frames, which offer high strength, corrosion resistance, and wind pressure resistance. For example, the lightweight steel structure frame of a mobile toilet from Anhui Zhisheng Environmental Protection has a main steel pipe wall thickness of 2.5 mm and can withstand wind speeds up to Level 10. The exterior walls commonly feature metal carved panels or color-steel composite panels, while the interior walls often use easy-to-clean, moisture-resistant materials such as stone-plastic panels or aluminum-plastic panels. The walls are also filled with flame-retardant insulation materials like rock wool, which effectively provide thermal and sound insulation while meeting fire safety requirements. The floors require waterproof and anti-slip treatments, commonly using anti-slip patterned aluminum plates or reinforced composite flooring.

Sewage Systems: Water-flush direct-discharge types need to be connected to municipal sewage pipes, with stable and water-saving flushing systems. Waterless packing and microbial degradation types are suitable for locations without sewage networks, with quality standards focusing on good sealing, no odor leakage, and high degradation efficiency. Recirculating water flush types use biological treatment technology to purify and recycle flushing water, with the key being the effectiveness of water treatment and the stability of the recirculation system.

Supporting Facilities and Functions: Basic internal configurations should include exhaust fans, lighting fixtures, and handwashing sinks. An effective ventilation and exhaust system is crucial for preventing odor buildup, typically equipped with high-power exhaust fans or active fresh air systems. All electrical wiring must be moisture-proof, waterproof, and grounded, with voltages meeting household appliance standards.

Quality Inspections: Before leaving the factory, products undergo structural stability tests, flushing system operation tests, electrical circuit safety tests, and appearance inspections. Some products also simulate the lifting process to check the lifting point positions and box deformation. Products that pass the inspections are labeled with information such as product model, rated occupancy, and load-bearing capacity.

Relevant Certifications and Standards: Reference can be made to industry standards such as GB/T 18092 - 2000 Waterless Flush Toilets and CJ/T 378 - 2011 Portable Toilets. The warranty period varies depending on different engineering components, with infrastructure projects covered for their reasonable service life, roof waterproofing projects having a 5-year warranty, and electrical wiring having a 2-year warranty.
