Engineering Mobile Toilet

Admin 20 de septiembre de 2026

Engineering mobile toilets are facilities that can be moved as a whole and provide toilet services to the public, suitable for various locations.

I. Basic Components Engineering mobile toilets are generally composed of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, mobile devices, and other parts. Their construction process does not require complex civil engineering works; instead, it adopts a method similar to building blocks, completed through steps such as column installation and splicing and fixation. Each buckle ensures a tight fit, guaranteeing the structural stability and tightness.

II. Classification Methods

  1. By structural form: They can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Single-structure toilets are usually independent units, suitable for scenarios with limited space or single needs; composite-structure toilets are composed of multiple units, meeting larger-scale toilet demands.
  2. By mobility method: They are classified into lifting and handling-type mobile toilets and powered and towed-type mobile toilets. The former relies on lifting equipment for overall lifting or manual handling, suitable for short-distance movement; the latter is equipped with a power system or towing device, enabling long-distance transportation through vehicle traction.
  3. By sewage treatment method: They include water-flush and waterless-flush suction types, circulating water-flush types, and dry-packing types. Water-flush types require a water connection and use water flow for flushing; waterless-flush suction types utilize negative pressure to collect feces; circulating water-flush types achieve water resource reuse through filtration and purification; dry-packing types directly encapsulate feces using biodegradable materials, without the need for a water source.

III. Core Advantages Engineering mobile toilets are movable, combinable, and easy to transport. Their modular design allows for rapid disassembly, assembly, and reorganization, enabling adjustments in scale or layout according to actual needs. For example, at large events or temporary construction sites, the number of toilet stalls can be flexibly increased or decreased based on foot traffic; in natural disasters or emergency rescue scenarios, they can be quickly deployed to affected areas. Additionally, their reusability significantly reduces long-term costs, aligning with sustainable development concepts.

IV. Application Case Dezhou Hongtu Metal Products Co., Ltd. once completed a customized engineering mobile toilet with 7 male and 1 female stalls within a 4-day rush schedule, precisely matching the actual needs of a factory with more male than female employees, demonstrating its customization capabilities and rapid response advantages.
