Electrical Diagram of Container House

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

The electrical diagram of a container house mainly includes electrical lighting and socket layout plans, as well as distribution box system diagrams. The following introduces the key points for interpreting these diagrams from aspects such as graphical symbols, circuit annotations, and distribution box configurations:

Electrical Lighting and Socket Layout Plans

  • Graphical Symbols: In electrical lighting and socket layout plans, graphical symbols are drawn on architectural layout plans, and these symbols do not represent the actual shapes of electrical equipment. For example, a household distribution box is commonly represented by a blackened rectangular box with the text symbol 'RAL'. There are different types of switches, such as the concealed single-pole single-throw switch, which has its specific graphical symbol. Among sockets, the graphical symbols for ordinary sockets and air-conditioner sockets are different, and both are in the form of concealed three-pole sockets. Lighting fixtures are generally represented by graphical symbols, and those with selected specifications and models can be represented by a combination of graphics and text symbols.
  • Circuit Annotations: In the diagrams, circuits are represented by graphical and text symbols. A circuit marked with '2' indicates 2 conductors, and one marked with '4' indicates 4 conductors. Those without annotations are all 3 conductors.
  • Positional Relationships: The positions of the symbols reflect the relative positions among the household distribution box, lighting fixtures, switches, and socket circuits, rather than their specific accurate positions. For simple house types, they can be drawn on a single drawing, while for complex ones, they are drawn separately.

Distribution Box System Diagram

  • Power Supply Mode: First, check whether it is single-phase or three-phase power supply, and whether the main circuit is three-phase four-wire or three-phase five-wire. For example, the diagram indicates three-phase power supply plus a neutral wire and a PE wire.
  • Component Parameters: Check the current size of the main power circuit breaker, such as a 50A three-phase power supply with a frame size of 65. For load miniature circuit breakers, check their specifications, such as 20A/3P. For load wires passing through pipes, check the wire diameter, pipe diameter, and pipe material, as well as the laying method (exposed or concealed). Also, check the load power supply capacity and the type of load being supplied.
  • Box Configuration: Inside the distribution box, there is generally an incoming line section showing the source of the power supply. There is a parameter section including parameters such as the Pe equipment capacity and Kx demand factor. There are also components such as the main switch, electrical fire detectors, sub-switches, RT18 fuses + DG surge protectors. The number of circuits is also indicated, such as lighting branches represented by WL1, WL2, etc., as well as the wire diameter and laying method of the outgoing circuits, and the loads and power to be connected.
