Ecological Mobile Toilet Technology
The technology of ecological mobile toilets encompasses a variety of technical solutions, primarily including four major categories: solid-liquid separation and microbial decomposition, environmental protection technology, intelligent technology applications, and structural technology.

Solid-liquid separation and microbial decomposition technology is one of the core processes of ecological mobile toilets. Based on solid-liquid separation, this technology decomposes excreta through microbial communities. During initial operation, 70-80 kilograms of water are injected once to maintain microbial activity, enabling subsequent water-saving, mobile, and waterless flushing functions. Modern technology optimizes microbial communities to efficiently decompose feces into carbon dioxide, water, and organic fertilizer, achieving harmless treatment. This process not only reduces water consumption but also lowers environmental pollution risks through resource utilization.
Environmental protection technology solutions cover various flushing modes, including waterless, foam-sealing, and water-flushing types. Waterless toilets do not require connection to water supply and drainage pipes, relying on special materials or microbial treatment of excreta, suitable for water-scarce or pipeless areas. Foam-sealing toilets use foaming agents to cover excreta surfaces, blocking odors and reducing flushing water. Water-flushing toilets require connection to water supply and drainage pipes but significantly enhance water efficiency through rainwater collection and filtration systems and secondary flushing with handwashing water. These solutions can be flexibly selected based on actual needs, balancing environmental protection and practicality.
Intelligent technology applications endow ecological mobile toilets with modern management functions. Some products are equipped with bottom-layer PLC data acquisition systems, 40-inch LED toilet stall monitors, and 4G remote monitoring modules, supporting remote control of lighting and flushing systems via mobile apps. Through 5G and IoT technologies, managers can monitor toilet operation status in real-time, including usage frequency and equipment failures, enabling efficient maintenance and resource scheduling. The intelligent system also features data analysis capabilities, providing a basis for optimizing toilet layout and services.
Structural technology is key to the mobility of ecological mobile toilets. Their frames are welded from steel, with channel steel or I-beams used at the bottom for enhanced stability and square steel for column support. Wall materials include color steel plates, metal carved plates, aluminum-plastic plates, and anti-corrosion wood, meeting structural strength requirements while considering aesthetics and durability. The frame design facilitates lifting and rapid installation, adapting to temporary or long-term use in various scenarios.
