Ecological Mobile Toilet Design

Admin 02 de octubre de 2026

The design of ecological mobile toilets covers several key aspects, including treatment systems, microbial agents and reactors, structure and materials, ventilation, energy, water conservation, and overall design principles.

Treatment System Design: A closed-loop treatment system is adopted, which does not rely on external pipe networks and achieves waste reduction and harmlessness through multi-stage treatment units. The system includes solid-liquid separation, biodegradation, and terminal disinfection processes: the solid-liquid separation device initially separates solid and liquid waste, with the liquid entering the biochemical reaction unit where microorganisms decompose organic matter; the solid is converted into stable substances through high-temperature composting or dehydration and carbonization. Each process is seamlessly connected in a compact space to ensure efficient operation.

Microbial Agents and Reactor Design: Specifically selected composite microbial communities are used to maintain high activity in a relatively small reaction volume, accelerating the decomposition of organic matter and inhibiting pathogens. The reactor structure is optimized to ensure suitable conditions for oxygen supply, stirring, and temperature, enabling stable operation of the microbial community and improving treatment efficiency.

Structural Design and Material Selection: A box-type frame structure is adopted for easy transportation and lifting, providing stable encapsulation for internal treatment units. The outer shell is mostly made of lightweight alloys or composite materials, which are corrosion-resistant and thermally insulating. The internal layout is modularly designed, with pipes and circuits pre-integrated for rapid on-site installation, enhancing construction efficiency.

Ventilation System Design: The ventilation system is specially calculated to ensure air circulation while effectively controlling odor emissions, enhancing the user experience.

Energy Solutions: A hybrid supply mode is commonly adopted, with solar photovoltaic panels as the primary choice to provide power for the control system, lighting, and small pump valves. Energy storage battery packs balance power supply during the day and night and on rainy days. For a few large-scale devices or models that are permanently placed, interfaces for connecting to the municipal power grid or equipped with small wind power generation devices are reserved to ensure a stable energy supply.

Water Conservation Design: Technologies such as vacuum suction, foam sealing, or minimal water flushing are used to significantly reduce water consumption per use, achieving efficient water resource utilization.

Overall Design Principles: The design takes into account extreme weather protection, barrier-free access convenience, and visual environmental integration, striving to achieve a balance between functionality, durability, and user comfort within limited space. The design adheres to principles of mobility, economic durability, environmental protection, environmental friendliness, efficiency enhancement, and humanitarian promotion, with an overall structure that is lightweight and durable, controlling height and width, and equipped with complete and reasonable mobile devices.
