How to Install an Easy Portable Toilet

Admin 07 de octubre de 2026

The installation methods for easy portable toilets vary depending on the type, mainly divided into two categories: ordinary portable toilets and modular portable toilets. Here are the specific installation steps:

Ordinary Portable Toilets (Single or Composite Structure)

The installation process for these toilets is similar to that of portable toilets and requires assembling and connecting various components step by step.

  1. Unpacking and Inspection: Upon receiving the goods, first open the packaging and check the parts list to ensure that all components, including the toilet body, flange, angle valve, water inlet hose, sprinkler head, tee joint, sealing rings, and sprinkler head bracket, are present to avoid installation interruptions due to missing parts.
  2. Installing the Toilet Flange: Align the center of the flange with the center of the floor drain pipe, ensuring the flange is level before securing the toilet body. The flange is a crucial component connecting the toilet to the drain pipe, and its sealing must be ensured to prevent leaks.
  3. Connecting the Water Inlet System: Install the angle valve and connect the water inlet to the sprinkler head via the tee joint. Specific operations include tightening the toilet water inlet hose, assembling the sprinkler head (tightening the sealing rings at both ends), connecting the sprinkler head to the other end of the tee joint, and finally firmly clamping the sprinkler head bracket onto the top of the tee joint to ensure the sprinkler head is securely fixed.
  4. Water Testing and Fixing: After connecting the water inlet system, turn on the water source for testing. Check if the toilet flush and sprinkler head water flow are normal. After confirming no leaks, apply sealant at the contact point between the toilet bottom and the floor to enhance stability and moisture resistance.

Modular Portable Toilets (Requiring Tools)

These toilets feature a modular design and require assembly to form the overall structure. Tools such as an electric drill, 4.2mm drill bit, and rivet gun are needed for installation.

  1. Installing Inner Corner Components: According to the design drawings, sequentially fix the inner corner components at the predetermined positions, ensuring accurate angles to provide a support frame for subsequent panel assembly.
  2. Assembling Panels: Insert the panels into the slots, aligning the upper and lower edges to ensure tight fitting at the joints. Pay attention to the panel orientation during assembly to avoid incorrect installation leading to structural instability.
  3. Fixing and Reinforcing: After aligning the panels, use an electric drill to make holes at the marked positions, insert rivets, and then secure them with a rivet gun to ensure all components are firmly connected. This step requires repeated inspection to avoid missing rivets or loose rivets.

Precautions: Before installation, carefully read the product manual to confirm that the installation environment meets the requirements (such as floor flatness and drain pipe position). If any components are damaged or dimensions do not match during installation, promptly contact the supplier for replacement. After installation, conduct a comprehensive inspection to ensure all connections are sealed and the structure is stable before putting it into use.
