Easy Mobile Toilet Installation Guide

Admin 09 de octubre de 2026

The installation of easy mobile toilets requires proper planning and preparation, and should follow on-site installation steps as detailed below:

Planning and Preparation Before Installation

  1. Site Assessment and Location Selection: Survey the layout of the activity or construction area and choose a location that is easily accessible to users, such as the edge of a densely populated area or near a passageway. Consider wind direction to avoid placing the toilets upwind of the activity area. Ensure the ground is level and firm enough to support the weight of the toilets, and is close to water supply points and sewage discharge connections, or plan routes for water trucks and fecal suction trucks.
  2. Determining Requirements and Specifications Selection: Calculate the number and type of toilets needed based on the estimated number of participants, duration of the event, and gender ratio. Single-unit flush or dry toilets are mobile and can be deployed quickly, but have limited service capacity per unit. Trailer-mounted large toilet units offer comprehensive functions and an experience close to that of fixed toilets, but require more space for placement and complex connection work.
  3. Material and Personnel Preparation: In addition to the toilet units, prepare supporting materials such as pads for stability on soft ground, drinking-water-grade hoses for connecting to water supply pipes, sewage pipes, necessary tools like wrenches and spirit levels, cleaning and disinfecting supplies, and consumables such as toilet paper and hand soap. Arrange installation personnel or teams with knowledge of water and electricity connections and safe operating procedures.

On-site Installation Steps

  1. Site Leveling and Positioning: Clear debris from the selected area to ensure a level ground surface. If the ground is soft grass or mud, lay pads or wooden planks to distribute the load. Use measuring tools to determine the position of each toilet unit according to the pre-planned layout, considering the spacing between units and space for people to queue.
  2. Unit Placement and Stabilization: Carefully place the mobile toilet units at the predetermined positions using a forklift or dedicated trailer. Immediately after placement, use a spirit level to check if the units are level. Unevenness can affect user comfort and may lead to issues such as difficult door operation and internal water accumulation. Adjust the toilet's bottom leveling feet or insert wedges to level the units, ensuring all are stable and without wobbling.
  3. System Connection: For toilets that require a water supply, perform water supply and sewage connections. When connecting the water supply, attach one end of the drinking-water-grade hose to a reliable water source and the other end to the toilet's water inlet, ensuring a tight connection without leaks. Open the water source to check the water pressure and vent air from the pipes. For sewage connection, attach one end of the sewage pipe to the toilet's sewage outlet.
