Easy Container House Installation Drawing
The installation of an easy container house mainly includes steps such as base frame installation, wall installation, floor laying, and detail handling.

Base Frame Installation: First, on a flat ground or workbench, connect the bottom corners of the container to the base beams. Use hexagon socket bolts for initial fixation, but do not tighten them yet for subsequent adjustments. Adjust the base frame to ensure that the diagonal difference does not exceed 3mm, and then tighten all bolts. Next, install the π-shaped secondary beams according to the positioning holes on the long beams, and fix them with m5.519 self-tapping screws. The top of the π-shaped secondary beams and the base beams also need to be additionally fixed with st4.816 round-head drill tail screws to enhance structural stability.
Wall and Roof Installation: For foldable container houses, first check the stability of the steel wire ropes during installation, lift the main frame, and unfold it smoothly. Place support rods in the middle of the container to maintain stability. Then, push out the walls (including those with doors and windows) and tighten them with fastening screws. For the roof, if an upgrade is needed, use lifting rods to connect the four corners to ensure sufficient light and ventilation, and solar panels can be installed to solve the electricity problem.
Floor Laying: The floor base plates (such as magnesium oxide boards) should be laid along the length of the container. The base plates at both ends are pre-drilled, but they need to be cut at an angle according to the chalk line to fit the shape of the container. Mark the center line of the π-shaped beams for alignment when laying the floor. The floor joints should coincide with the center line of the π-shaped beams and be fixed with st4.2*38 cross-head flat-tail screws, with a nail spacing of 300-350mm.
Detail Handling: After the floor is laid, the entire surface, especially the board joints, needs to be sanded, and then brushed with PVC special floor adhesive. After waiting for 10-15 minutes, lay the floor covering and expel the air between the floor covering and the base plate. If possible, welding treatment can also be carried out on the joints of the floor covering to enhance sealing and durability.
